My experience with Parsons Appliance was excellent. He was referred by my former appliance guy,…read morewho was retired, but who described him as a "good guy". They responded quickly to my call, and they came out promptly. The tech evaluated my dryer and pinpointed the trouble, a burned out heating element. He ordered the part over the weekend and it arrived on Monday and he was at my door before 9AM on Tuesday. He repaired the dryer by inserting the part, gave me a detailed receipt and the dryer works fine. The techs who appeared were courteous and efficient.
