While my group and I made the best of the situation and enjoyed ourselves simply because we were together, the condition of the trolley and the service provided were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The trolley looks modern, clean, and well-equipped in the images, but in reality, it appears to have had little to no upkeep. The bar areas were dirty, there was no ice as promised, the TVs didn't work, and there was no light show. The heat and defrost didn't function, which made for a very uncomfortable ride on a cold night. Additionally, the blinking lights throughout the trolley suggested an electrical issue, which was not only annoying but also concerning. On top of that, the driver was rude and unprofessional, further souring the experience. While the company did issue a $200 refund, it was nowhere near adequate for the significant shortcomings of the service, especially considering we paid $930 for three hours. I suspect the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company are not entirely genuine, as my experience does not align with the five-star reputation presented online. I hope this review serves as an honest account to help others make an informed decision. While I appreciate the partial refund and the memories my group and I made in spite of the circumstances, I would not rent from this company again. If Limotainment wants to maintain their reputation, they need to improve the upkeep of their vehicles, ensure amenities match the advertised descriptions, and prioritize customer service. Attached are two photos of how the trolley looked when the lights were off, and then when they popped on all by themselves. You'll notice the old fashioned, kitchen-like fixture in the ceiling. Nothing like the laser light show in the photos that's on the website. I wish I had taken photos of the empty dirty bar areas, with no ice that was also supposed to be provided.

(To clarify) My daughter was suspended for a day because the bus driver saw her leave an empty water bottle on the bus, which she went back and picked up when he made her aware of it. But when she returned after her suspension, she rode the bus to school in the morning, but was made to exit the bus on the ride home after school. The reason she was given for being asked to leave the bus was that she was suspended indefinitely until her parents contacted the bus company, which I was not aware of. I spoke to the owner. She didn't see anything wrong with what the bus driver did. As it turns out, the bus driver is her son.

Because the contract only listed pick-up times at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30, the driver made all three contracted trips - nevermind the fact that I was told from the beginning he was at our disposal for the entire time we were paying for the service. Why am I paying by the hour if you're only willing to provide a certain numebr of trips during that time?! If that's the deal, then you should charge per trip. Same reasoning for the problems at the end of the night. The driver doesn't leave if no one is on the shuttle, and apparently isn't responsible for letting anyone know he is there. They got the contract wrong on the pick-up times I wanted- bad on my for not quardruple checking, but the changes I requested were three days before the wedding. I was kind of busy. - and even though I requested pick-ups at 10:30 and 11:15, which would have given the drive plenty of time for the 40 minute round trip, they scheduled them for 11:00 and 11:30. When it was suggested that they should have known this was more than a 30 minute round trip, they said it wasn't there job to check drive times. I do take some responsibility for not being more on top of the contract I guess, but I also feel like my biggest mistake was actually trusting these so called professionals.
