    For starters I would like to express my current feelings towards this property, I would NOT…read morerecommend Solaire at its current state. My family has lived here for 3 years with the decline in safety, amenity convenience, maintenance fulfillment however an increase in regulations, police presence and of course rent. Do not judge a book by its cover, when we did the initial tour (3 years ago) everything seemed acceptable. After one week of living here we had to have mold removed, drawers fixed and cracks in various places began to emerge from the cover up of paint. Every year Management gets more uncompromising and demanding without probable reason. Below I will list the major issues that support your decision of not choosing Solaire as your residence. 1. Within the first month of living here we had to have mold inspected, resealing of cracks, and paint applied over full areas where there had been previous water damage. 2. They are overly communicative for their needs but neglectful to yours. We have never been late for rent in 3 years and one month we were changed the 10% fee for "being late." Chelsea had administered the late fee without contacting us to figure out what the issue may be and again accused us of not paying rent. After showing her proof of payment being made she apologized and ended the call. 3. There was an issue which we had tiny bugs gathering on our wall, it appeared to come from water damage and they simply painted over the area, bugs included. Same with the mold, they scrape it and then cover it with paint. 4. We were out of town and apparently there was an emergency leak from our apartment to the lower unit on a Friday. When we returned on Sunday every light in our unit was on. Seems petty but when the stair light, kitchen light, and restroom light is on with a dehumidifier running for 3 days straight, we are incurring that power bill not the apartment. Very unacceptable. 5. Moving out has already started to be an issue and we have a week remaining in this place. They will charge you for EVERYTHING including dust, cobwebs and day to day living wear and tear. We had to beg for a carpet cleaning when our lease renewed last year. This was not given in the initial move in contract ever. The new place we are relocating to openly expressed what is expected upon move out. Solaire has never until move out was confirmed in which they placed a communication on our door. When we first moved in rent was a little under $2000, I understand times are different now but each year it increased at least $200. For us to renew this year would have been $2500 but as a new tenant our unit is going for $3000+. I will give Solaire a 4/10.

Especially as a woman walking late at night and having to go trough gates to get to my place. It's insane. No parking due to everyone who has a garage and doesn't park in their garage. It's ridiculous. I've taken pictures of garages and sent to the office. Everyone utilizes them for storage or work space. I have neighbors with 4 plus cars. 2 of those cars do not have red stickers. All residents with garages should have red stickers. They need to re do the parking and distribute new parking decals to make sure everyone has the correct stickers. We need assigned parking. 2 per unit. And everyone else should park where else is available. Every other community has assigned parking. And then visitor parking. I will be contacting corporate about this matter. I suggest other residents follow.

    I lived there for 7 years. it was nice before it changed owner ship 3 times the last 2 years I…read morelived there. the parking situation became a joke I have 1 car and they could get the parking sticker system worked out. my car got booted 3 times and everytime there was probably 20 cars in the parking lot with the same issue. garbage compactor was always broken and overflowing because people could use it. there solution was to fine the residents 500$ every time they were caught on the camera they installed. personally I was never fined but my neighbors were. it wouldn't have been as big of an issue but they closed off the section you were supposed to put any bulk trash or recycling which they stoped offering. keept adding more fees monthly to offset cost to the residents. I think at the end there was like 4 different trash fees on the rent not including waste and water. over all the place was great untill Windsor took over. half the neighbors left because of a lot of these issues there is more I can list but happy I don't live there anymore. I give it a 1 out of 10

    Do not move here. I recently just moved out in September 2024 after living there since October…read more2023. We had MOLD in our house that just got "treated" in JUNE 2024. They said they'd come back after it was treated because it still looked like it was on the living room ceiling, and they came back LATE AUGUST 2024 right before we moved out. I didn't even get the results for the mold and I've been calling and asking for MONTHS now. I didn't bother pressing because I was about to move. I also had to get a new AC unit after months of complaining how hot it always was in the apartment. Getting a new AC unit and only using it for 2 out of 12 months is insane for the price we were paying... When we were first going to move in, the original apartment we were assigned to had ROACHES, so we were moved to another unit. The dishwasher in our apartment was apparently new but has not been working since I moved in. I had maintenance come in around June 2024 and he had the audacity to turn the dishwasher on and tell me that it's working, as if I don't know how to use a dishwasher. He said he would let it run, and come back. HE NEVER CAME BACK. The problem was that the dishwasher was running and not washing any of the dishes, I told him this and was ignored. The dishwasher still did not work even when I moved out. So for nearly a year I tried to get this dishwasher fixed and no one came. Luckily I grew up washing dishes by hand in the sink, so it didn't bother me as much... but it would have been a nice feature to use considering I was paying over 2k a month for the place. The sink in the kitchen was constantly clogging. When I moved in there was a washcloth that I FOUND lodged INSIDE of the garbage dispenser, and I have a photo of it. How they failed to remove and fix that before getting new tenants in is beyond me. I waited 2 weeks once for someone to come fix our clogged sink, still no one came... I had to do my dishes in the bathtub with my sciatic pain. This happened at least 3-4 times within 10 months. Not counting the other times I manually fixed the sink myself. The worst part of it is maintenance is always riding around on their golf carts. SO why does it take 2 weeks to fix a sink and nearly a year to not fix a dishwasher? Very inconsistent property. I've never encountered this kind of service before and I moved ever 1-3 years my entire life. Save your money and move to a place that actually cares about their tenants quality of living.

They tried to give us a disgusting, dirty, rundown apartment and we had to argue with them for a different one. at that point, we should have left the contract in retrospect. But when in need. We have for the past week been trying to get our security deposit back and our move out renter papers with zero luck. Which is not a surprise! This is literally the worst place! There are many places for similar or the same rent, keep searching just don't lock yourself into a contract with these people! It's not worth the hassle! Save your time, energy and money!

I had several issues there, mold infestation that made my kid sick, several work orders for noisy HVAC system, leaking and weird moldy smells, poor air circulation, unit was always hot, I had to hire an inspector for mold and had to pay to get the air ducts cleaned. Management installed a dehumidifier for over 5 months in my living room, humidity levels over 65% AC continuously running even when it was 50 degrees weather outside, videos, pictures, emails and other correspondence were sent via emails and through the resident portal with not response back. They do poor job maintaining cleanliness of the stairs, hallways, and not enforcing rules regarding dog fecal matter. Due to their proximity to the vacant lot, they have an infestation of wild animals such as rats, snakes, spiders and coyotes. Nothing entertaining there for children. They just want you to purchase from their partner/food trucks that comes every now and then. There doesn't appear to be any security outside, the gate was always broken. There was an incident on the premises where two girls got stabbed. The leasing office tried to cover it instead of addressing it properly. The parking situation is a mess, There are 26 parking spots for guests for this huge complex of 300 units, cars were stolen, guests parking/towing is aggressive, they partnership with the towing company. Johana was the only nice, helpful person there! I did not get my full security deposit back due to having to paint the wall for normal wear and tear after a number of years of occupancy and leaving the apartment in good condition. From what I heard NO ONE gets deposit back, they look for any excuse to keep it. Money hungry complex, read the real reviews and don't risk your family's health and well being, stay away or rent a your own Risk.

I took a short leash on these apartments, they were built in 1987, so they are a bit old and maybe some of them need upgrade, true, but if you are like me, what I love the most about living here is the touch of mother nature it has. There are trees everywhere, the gardening area looks pristine, and they do a pretty good job of keeping it that way. The management team does a pretty good job of taking care of the needs one has, and I think it speaks volumes, the price of the rent there is a bit high and the system has raised the price automatically based on market % price, but so is pretty much everything nowadays, so it is not the fault of the management team, they can only control what they can control, and for my experience, they do a pretty good job at that, especially Javier who was so nice and professional with us for our time being there. If you are looking for a decent place, in touch with nature, peaceful and quiet these are the apartments for you. They have a nice pool and pool area, a jacuzzi and a nice little fitness room. BBQ grilling area as well, and more importantly, the folks that live there are mostly nice and friendly. It is also dog friendly; they have dog garbage cans for waste disposal and a sprinkler system that if you're walking a night will surprise you. Now, all of it was not perfect, they do have issues with the garbage disposal, sometimes it does get backed and there is garbage right outside creating a bad smell, but they jump on it quickly to solve the problem. Also, the gate coming in works on and off, that must be addressed. Overall, I'd say a 4.8-star rating, my wife and I could not have asked for a better place to move in while our home was being built, the management team of Javier got a 5-star rating and our gratitude.

She is not trustworthy and extremely unprofessional. She allows people to come and go freely where our belongings are kept, and when items go missing, she tells us to "look for them ourselves." She is disrespectful, rude, and has a bad attitude toward both me and other residents. Because of her negligence and lack of professionalism, several residents have not been able to find their belongings. Most of the time, she is sitting on her chair talking on the phone instead of doing her job. When we ask her any question, she raises her voice and tries to start arguments. Because of this situation, I feel that I am living in a place that is not suitable for living and not safe at all. I respectfully request immediate action to address this issue.
