While waiting, we noticed they were calling numbers higher than ours, so I went to the counter to ask about our order. I was told it was at the register. At the register, I was told it was in the deli. I returned to the deli, only to be told again that it was at the register. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager shouted across the room that my order was at the register--yet immediately afterward, an employee came from the back and handed me my order.

After calling Roadside and waiting over two hours with no call back to confirm a tow, I then called every friend in the area but to no avail. I then think to call Advance and by Gods grace Rodney Calo answers the call. Me nor my mother have ever met Rodney but he went above and beyond, even getting a mechanic friend of his to go out with him to help fix the SUV for my mom so she could make it home before dark. I know that this is not in Rodney's job description but his willingness to go above and beyond his call of duty is the very reason that my family will only shop with Advance Auto Parts. I had to send someone else up there to get it and when Mike would not honor the lifetime warranty the person I sent called me. I asked to speak to the salesman. At first said he didn't want to talk to me. Then finally he got on the phone and told me that he would not replace it when the salesman the day before said that he would and just because I didn't know the salesman's name that I talked to he wouldn't do it. I have my receipt and all. I go to advance alot to get my parts over any other parts store. Not anymore!!! This is not the first bad experience I've had with that particular store.

I've purchased a few items for my Travel Trailer from Camping World at a different location, but…read morethis is the first time I've needed them for service. Mariah is a goddess! My travel trailer lost a wheel on I-65 about 3 miles from the Hwy. 59 exit. After sitting along the interstate for 4 hours, and several attempts to find a towing service we were finally able to get it towed to the Camping World in Robertsdale AL by 6:00 pm on a Monday. Tuesday morning we went in to see if they would be able to fix it and how long it would take. That's when we met Mariah! She took a few notes, inspected the damage and immediately got 2 service technicians out to look at it as well. Mariah said to give her time to call around to see if they could get parts, and she would stay in touch. I got several calls with updates through the morning and by early afternoon she called with an estimate for cost and timing. By 3:00 the trailer was repaired and we were back in the road to our destination. We anticipated it would take several days and drain our budget. Mariah got us back on the road in 6 hours (from when they opened on Tuesday morning.) and the cost was reasonable as well. She deserves a raise!

He began to spew out negative remarks about they couldn't refund me the $1000 down payment because they use it to get the camper service for sale. I adv him about me calling and he stated that we don't give that money back so I began to argue with him and he stated that he doesn't have time for that and would have his manager to call me. I did call the Corporate and the Secretary seen where I called twice. I adv. her what was going on and she agreed that they can't keep my money and I have the right to cancel. Brian needs an attitude check; very rude person and he made Antonio look stupid. I have advised my family and everyone that I know in the North to not buy anything from Camping World across the Globe, go somewhere else. You RUIN it for everybody Brian.
