    We made three trips to Camping World in the past 7 days. This is our experience. I will update it in the future if need be. Tues, Mar 21, 2023: Husband and I went to a few RV dealers to look at campers. Camping World was the last one we visited. Something you need to know - you can't just walk around and look at campers. Upon arrival, you'll check in with the receptionist and she gets you a salesman. He takes you to his office to find out what features you want, what vehicle you're pulling it with, and your budget so that he can narrow it down. In our case, we got Daniel Allen. Super nice guy. He took us out into the RV area and showed us a few different ones with the features we wanted. Then took us back to his office to discuss pricing and numbers. We still weren't sold on the idea of buying yet, so we left with his contact info and some things to think about. Before we left, his manager came in (Tyler) to see how our experience was and if there was anything they could do to sweeten the deal to get us to buy. We said we just needed time to think and discuss and budget. All true. At home that night, we decided that we did want to move forward with it so we called Daniel back and put down a deposit over the phone and said we would come back that Friday to get it. Fast forward to Thursday... I am having second thoughts on the one (a Coleman Lantern 17b) we chose so I found another one around the same price that we liked more. We texted with Tyler about it and he told us to come in Friday to look at it to make sure it's what we wanted. Friday, Mar 22, 2023: We arrive, and Daniel takes us out to see the Keystone Hideout 175bh. This is the one. My daughter came with us this time to look at it and try out the bunk beds. She got free popcorn and a water bottle. We confirmed again that yes, this is the one. I did point out two things that needed attention on the interior and he said that would be fixed before we picked it up the next day at 11am. We all shook hands and left. Sat. Mar 23, 2023: We arrive at our 11am appointment. We were taken to Daniel and Tyler. We went over some numbers, called and put insurance on the camper (shout-out to Good Sam!) and then taken outside to do a walkthrough and demonstration with another guy. He showed us where everything was on the camper - hatches, hoses, hookups, wires, cubbies, nooks, and crannies. So much information. The things I noted that needed attention yesterday were not fixed. I pointed them out and made notes about them on the walkthrough paper before my husband signed it. These things were fixed before we left with the camper. While they were being fixed, we were escorted to the retail store side and paired with one of their staff members, Angel. Angel walked us through the store and showed us all of the must-haves and the not a must-have, but super helpful things. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to get anything. We took the things we bought to the car and then headed to the customer lounge to wait. They have free hotdogs, popcorn, water bottles, and a Keurig with a variety of coffee flavor pods and creamers. They also have a vending machine with snacks and soft drinks. When the camper was ready, it was pulled around to the side of the building where two other guys came out and showed my husband how to use the hitch and the brake system and make sure all the lights were wired and working properly. This is when we found out that you can actually camp your camper at Camping World (any of them, not just this location) for up to 3 days. They even have hookups for water and power. Once everything was hooked up and ready to go, Daniel came out and took a photo with us. He was supposed to send it to us, but didn't. If he ever does, I'll add it to my review. I know a lot of the reviews on here are negative, but we didn't have that experience. Hopefully we don't have any issues like others did with warranty issues or whatnot. If we do, you can believe I'll be back here, posting an update. Until then, we are happy customers.

    Don't try to sell an RV with them. The manager in consignment never returns phone calls or emails. Very disappointing!

I spoke to the gentleman that answers the phone and he keeps telling me he's going to take a message and have the owner get back to me. Then he tells me the owners at lunch and he'll call me when he gets back or he went to get parts and he'll call me when he gets back and Has not replied! They chrged me for work they clearly didnt do,see pictures. I took it in for one problem and told them if they fix that problem then to do other miscellaneous items and gave them a separate list. They did not fix my original problem. They charged me for doing the other miscellaneous items, but did not do them. The motorhome is very large and I cannot get under it until I took it to another shop and they showed me where the work was not performed Included photos. Also all batteries needed to be replaced after I got it back to them. Apparently, they did not turn off the switch to shut off the house, batteries or the engine batteries and completely drains them. In fact when I went to get it, they had to jumpstart it so I could leave and I cannot get the batteries to come back up so I had to replace all the batteries a total of nine RV batteries at $400 each They also had my RV for six weeks. I took it over there. They told me they were busy this week, but they would get to it next week six weeks later they told me they can't fix the problem. I took it there for and give it back to me with all this damage .

I found the valve in less that two hours, I'll just make the repairs myself. not a business I would recommend when the can be bothered to call you back. my thoughts, the $85 was a rip off
