NOTICE about Adamston Veterinary Clinic in Brick, NJ. (just my opinion which I am entitled to have)…read moreMarch 1st, 2024 If this clinic treats the pets in need of care, the same way they treat their employees, I would highly recommend you take your pets elsewhere. It "appears" they are going through several firings right now all in the interest of management hiring their "friends" instead. A pet's welfare and care can be compromised with behind the scenes turmoil running amok. Like children in a divorce.

My family has been at Adamston Vet for approx 45+ yrs and I have been a client for about 26 yrs!…read more Dr. Friedlander, Dr. Fuchs and staff have been WONDERFUL! I knew once I saw the 'painting', new 'set-up' and FEWER familiar faces -- I knew something was up. Since Dr. Friedlander retired, familiar faces were gone -- no more 'family' feel --- no more 'true emergency' squeezing in --- no more personal touch! Dr. Fuchs WAS still there a couple months ago when I had to bring my girl there for her reoccurring skin issue but the office had a different feel -- not for the better! I am sadly searching for a new vet. Paint looks great BUT if you're going to treat clients... who have been there for probably longer than most of them have been alive -- is heart-breaking! I 1000% agree with the Google Review of Danielle R.... it's $$$$$ --!!!! I don't trust them or maybe even the motives for taking over a well established, always busy office - with one (or two) evening and Saturday morning appts for this who actually still work! If I have to go to Vet ER every time one on my girls needs something -- why have a personal 'home' vet? If I have to pay those prices to a stranger --- may as well go to the ER! I get nothing is free but the prices went 'through the roof' ! I guess someone has to pay for the paint, new staff, and new mortgage for a business with an attached house must be expensive-- not to mention the vet. school repayment... Staff smiles to your face but the service is 'oh, to keep your pet healthy--- you need/if I were you - this/ that ... kind of a 'guilt trip'! I would not go to a jewelry store for jeans.... or a clothing store for Vet advise but they are good at what they 'sell' ! Brick is NOT Manhatten or Colts Neck $$$ ... we are a hard working community of people! I would be surprised if within a few years -- it's still there! Way to ruin a local, community, family feeling! You joined the age of $$$$ as much as you can... as fast as you can then .... clients can figure it out! Oh and --- this morning I received a Happy Birthday text to Gemma! .... and it is NOT her birthday! Her birthday is May 16, 2014...... today is her 1 year adoption anniversary!!! I am sooo disheartened! Tammi S.

They are just incredible people. Talented, caring, know how to run a business efficiently without it ever feeling like a business. They genuinely love every pet and, just having to had put our dog to sleep, they could not have been better on the care over the past few years and especially the past year with our dog. Tender with her and gave us all the options to help her have the best life and the most gentle passing. We were lucky enough to always have Jenna Koenigstein, DVM - can't say enough about her as a Vet and as a person. Thank you BVHVET

I have a nervous 7 year old shepherd mix, so when we relocated to Point Pleasant earlier this…read moresummer it was a top priority to establish care with a vet who was willing to be patient with him. He is also 90 lbs and his size can create a unique challenge. We've struggle in the past to find a vet who would build trust and work with him vs. rushing to full sedation. I was blown away by the care we received from Dr. Koenigstein. She prescribed a comfort pack for him to take in advance of his appointment, and was very gracious when he was too stubborn to enter the exam room. She spent a great deal of time with him to make him comfortable with her. She also let me stay with my dog during the entire visit, which I think went a long way in keeping him relaxed. As a team of three (the vet tech, Ashley, was amazing too!), we soothed my dog and kept him comfortable through the exam, vaccinations, and even a nail trim. I feel so fortunate to have found this place and would absolutely recommend it to all pet lovers in the local area!
