These guys do a great job and always deliver on time (or early). Dry cleaning is expensive everywhere these days, these guys are no better or worse than other dry cleaners in our neighborhood. But their location is convenient, plenty of parking available and their people are always accommodating, They are helpful in tight situations (when I need a quick turnaround, they find a way). My wife says they do good work, and the bar is pretty high for her (I'm easily pleased). I recommend these guys without reservation. read more

Personally I'm never one to leave a review about companies, but I just experienced the worst experience ever at this cleaners. Walked to grab my jacket for bleach stain removal, and employee checks me out & I open my jacket and nothing was done to the jacket. I politely asked the employee "hey there is hair and still stains on my jacket. He rudely said we can try and take it back and do it again. I said I understand but what did I just pay for. He had no answer for me. After receiving my refund, employee had no comment or apologies for the inconvenience. Personally working in customer service industry , I have never experienced someone so rude and unprofessional. Will never be coming back to this company. read more

Avoid! Expensive and unreliable. Just because they give you a ticket saying your clothes will be ready at 3pm Tuesday, doesn't mean you come in. You wait until you get a text 3 days later, THEN you come in. They didn't mention that at drop off, they must've wanted me to unnecessarily visit them. Life is too short to pay for bad service. read more

I recently moved to Nocatee and started taking my dry cleaning to this location as it was convenient. Last week i picked up my order which was $150. I do a good amount of dry cleaning due to my work in Sales. When I went to pick up the clothes I was having difficulty in carrying them. The young man that was at the counter did not even look up or offer to help me. Needless to say customer service should never be taken for granted. I will not be returning to this business due to the act of not caring about the customer. I work at a hotel in Ponte Vedra Beach and work with all types of customers on a daily basis. The act of being kind doesn't cost a thing but losing a customer who spends $300-$400 a month is a loss in my opinion. read more

Not only is this dry cleaners about much more expensive than other dry cleaners, they don't do a good job. When I took a load of shirt then three of them came back with stains still on them. I had them send them back and two came back but staying still on. They sent them back again and one came back with a standstill on it. They sent it back and the stain was still on it. It's like they didn't even try. The shirt was cleaned four times and the stain never came out. You might say "Well it must have been a pretty bad stain." Nope. It was a Tommy Bahama shirt which I don't like putting in the washing machine, but you can. So I came home, sprayed it with OxiClean, waited 15 minutes, and put it in the washing machine. Guess what? The stain is gone. I can't understand how a professional dry cleaner couldn't get a stain out of a shirt but I get it out first try. Not going back here. read more

I took something very simple in to be repaired by the seamstress. It came back with strings hanging off it and looked like a child sewed it. I was kind and considerate when I took it back as I do not like to complain. The man said someone would call me the next day. No one called so I called back days later. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude like it was my fault that their seamstress did such a bad job. Not to mention, they charged me for dry cleaning because of COVID even though it had just been cleaned. They never said they were sorry or offered a discount or anything. I will never step foot in there again! And by the way we have gone there since it opened. The original man who worked there was a real sweet man. Too bad he is gone. read more

They advertise 20% off for women on any items dropped off on Wednesday, but don't tell you it does not apply to households items like table cloths or curtains. Personnel are courteous but we won't go back. read more

In one month they have ruined four dress pants in the exact same manner. The belt loops in the back are now frayed and they are no longer wearable. When I brought this issue to the owner, he was very rude and took no ownership of the problem. He stated that it could not have been their fault and I must be very unlucky. He said all of this without ever looking at the damage. I understand that mistakes happen and I gave the owner a chance to make it right in some way, but instead he chose to give a rude and dismissive response. If you want to pay 25 dollars to have them ruin 200 dollars worth of clothes, this is the cleaner for you. Given how many cleaners there are in Jacksonville, it should be very easy to find another one that does not ruin clothes. read more

Overpriced... $5 for pants and 2.50 per shirt. That's not a deal I can get behind and its not that important to me that they hand press the sleeves. Cracked the buttons on a couple shirts. I also hand press my sleeves when I don't like paying high prices...just takes a little longer. Tried it once for the "Nocatee convenience factor" but won't return. I'd prefer to drive a little further for higher quality and lower prices. read more

My wife took 2 men's articles here on a Wednesday which was supposed to be Ladies Day and she was to get a 20% discount on the $10 charge. When we went to pick up the items, apparently someone else had the exact same printed ticket number ours did but it was for 3 items. Luckily that person had not picked up their items and I was able to identify ours. They were first going to charge me for the other person's cleaning $15 and when I corrected them to $10 they were not going to give me the 20% discount. After 5-10 minutes of "discussion" and recalculation of the bill I finally got the corrected bill and the right clothes. Won't ever be back! read more

Great job every time and fair pricing. Only had a problem with them one time and they were able to fix it and happy to do so. The people are always pleasant and there's not a place in town that does a better job at dry cleaning a down comforter. Would highly recommend, use them regularly. Only bummer is they aren't open on Sunday's. read more

Horrible customer service, unfriendly and disorganized! I went there few times and every single time the older guy was rude to me. I won't be bringing my business back, I prefer to drive few more miles and go to a dry cleaner where I feel welcomed and appreciated! I do not recommend! read more

BEWARE! Lost 3 pieces of my clothing. Did not respond when they said they would as to what they would do about it (both the clerk at the Nocatee location and the owner). When I texted asking them if my choices were to file a claim with their insurance or go to small claims court he still didn't respond. When I called he said he didn't get my text, it must have gone to my business phone - then he said after he yelled at me for awhile, I was going to reimburse you but now I'm not after saying you were going to talk to your lawyer in the text! Said he doesn't have insurance because of people like me, that it was cancelled (were there too many claims for lost clothes?) Said he recorded our conversation. I said I sure hope so! I told other people in my office about my experience when they first lost my clothes and they said, oh, I should have warned you about using them - three other people had clothes missing or knew of someone that did. read more
