Tiffany, the nurse or medical assistant (sorry unsure again) was extremely down to earth and made it so easy to feel comfortable. Dr. Moehlman was the most real and warm doctor I've ever been to. Tara Snell got my blood on the first try. That has never happened. Within 45 mins I had my physical, lab work done, follow up appointment booked, a referral and a prescription refill. Lab work was available in MyChart within literal hours. Shoot, even the other patients in the office were friendly! The atmosphere in this place is insane, I've never had such a great experience from start to finish and felt comfortable with the whole process at any medical office, ever. Could not recommend this place more and have already spread the word. Thank you Optum!

First, she's young- this was the first time I've had a doctor about my age- and it was AWESOME. From my cyst removal to my labs to my physical Dr. Bright was incredibly professional, kind, and just knew her stuff. She's also a great listener. When I say she's a great listener I don't mean "for a doctor" (a miracle in itself) but as a person. If you're looking for a great person to be your doctor who knows her stuff, is kind, and listens to what you need look no further. As for her staff they were all kind, professional, and respectful. I've been in three times so far and encountered 5 different folks that helped with scheduling, medical assistant, etc and they were all great. I especially liked Latanza.

He seems to have grown more cautious, formulaic, and by the book over the years, and not for the better. In addition, the office seems to have lost whatever customer service edge it formerly had. Example: I got a reminder for an annual checkup, and called in immediately to schedule only to find out the earliest appointment = 5+ weeks out. When I did have to get in sooner recently (due intense out of the blue back spasms), he seemed generally skeptical of my symptoms until I nearly collapsed in his office while attempting to demonstrate my lack of mobility due to my condition. The NA and front desk staff also seem rather nonchalant these days. Thanks for your prior good service, and I hope you pick up your game for the sake of future patients/customers.

The building is in the proctor neighborhood and the waiting room is very quaint and old school. No TVs or loud music, but a little bookcase full of books (including kids) and a play table for toddlers. Everyone was nice. We didn't wait more than 15 minutes before being brought back to a room. Dr. Loomis was patient, professional and relaxed. I felt like he was taking his time and actually listening to me. He made a few appropriate, helpful recommendations for my health and had good bedside manner. That's all I can ask for. Oh and they offer pelvic exams and Pap tests in office, so I can bundle my next check ups. Super convenient!

He answers questions that maybe a parent wouldn't think to ask. He doesn't judge parents for not knowing some things unlike our first pediatrician. He is very thorough with the information he gives and any questions you might have. The nurses and office staff are also very nice and very helpful. If you need an appointment sooner than scheduled they almost always have same day or next day appointments available. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone!

Ideally, I would rate the doctor and the office separately. Dr. Schneller gets 5 stars. He is kind, and pleasant. My kids enjoy him, as he is playful with them, but also takes the time to teach them something about themselves. Tatiana and Kathleen are also great. I am knocking the overall rating quite a bit because of the wait time! I rarely get out of here in less than 1.5 hours. You wait quite a bit in the waiting room, only to be assigned to a room to wait some more. When you finally get to see Dr. Schneller, it's worthwhile, but I get frustrated during the process. We always have a lot going in our lives, and I find the wait times are becoming a deterrent. Any good peds in the area? Let me know, please!

Made an appt for pain related to a car accident (car insurance no longer paying - limits reached),…read moregot there about 5 mins late. Filled out paperwork then get told it's 'office policy' that I pay up front for the visit and they won't bill my medical insurance due to it being accident related - they require 'proof' of my accident claim no longer paying for medical. I asked they see me for something else unrelated and they asked me to sit and wait. About 10 minutes later they call me up and tell me they can no longer see me because it was now a half hour after my appt time and I was late. Wasted my time and didn't even get to be seen...this office is horrible and doesn't care about a person's well-being as they could see I was visibly in pain yet still gave me the runaround. I guess you have to be healthy and have no prior problems to be seen by this office since they're too lazy to deal with billing an insurance company.

Dr Bateman is amazing! He has been my doctor for years and now he is my daughters' doctor as well…read more He is so kind and caring, and his instincts are phenomenal. He successfully diagnosed a rare disease in my youngest daughter before there were even enough symptoms for the insurance company to consent to treatment. He admitted her to Mary Bridge and sure enough, 4 more symptoms showed up by morning. She was treated immediately and made a full recovery. I wouldn't trust my children with anyone else! We love him!
