My husband has been seeing Dr Behn for several years now and it has improved his back, hips, and…read moreeven his breathing! I started going regularly in the last few months, and I can also say that I just generally feel better. So, with having 2 satisfied customers we have added our children, 4, 3 and 18 months. Not only is he excellent in talking to and dealing with them, if they are feeling a little resistive he adjusts them while they play with the toys! Our 3 year old generally doesn't care for people she doesn't know, and she gave Dr Behn an impromptu hug on her second visit. Our 18 month old has been prone to quickly escalating ear infections, and has had none since seeing Dr Behn regularly. Our 4 year old admittedly loves everyone, but has dubbed him Dr Uncle Dustin because he is now family. Dr Behn isn't allowed to retire, because we probably won't be going anywhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE!…read more The staff is extremely rude and arrogant. I came for a detailed screening, and it was my first time ever being there. The care was very forceful, and my mouth was even bleeding a little afterward. She kept telling me to open my mouth bigger every couple of minutes when I physically couldn't. She also embarrassed me in front of my parent, and my parent had to step in. She claimed I wasn't brushing my teeth at all, even though I brush every day and my parents have seen me do it. While waiting, I also heard one of the dental receptionists yelling at someone over the phone. They recommended multiple orthodontists and told us they accepted our insurance, but none of them actually did. I've also been waiting about 6 months for a filling. They said they had a waitlist and would call us after about 3 months, but they never did. I would not recommend this place.

Please review your insurance policy before going to this Dr office. I have vision insurance - this…read moreDr is in network. Supposed to be a $10.00 co pay for prescriptions and $150.00 frames and $150.00 for lenses paid by insurance.. I confirmed this before the appointment in the Dr office. I forgot my credit card to make payment. It was decided to have the appointment then go home and get my CC. Upon returning to pay my $10.00 co pay- I picked frames and the glasses price is now $475.00. I was to be happy that was at a 20% discount. I also now owed a Refraction fee of $38.00 the front desk said was needed to complete my script. They also took my $10.00 co pay for my vision insurance. I paid the refraction fee but, I was confused. Called my insurance and they agreed that fee is included in my policy. Heated conversation takes place about being over charged. Front desk refuses to credit my CC and gives me $36.00 in single dollar bills and quarters. Keep the 10.00 co pay amount. Refused to give me a receipt for the refraction charge and refund. I said why are the classes priced at $475.00 when I have insurance? They said you have insurance but we don't have to take it. So, after the appointment and confirming my insurance they decided to charge the exam to Medicare as a health exam and then refuse my insurance for vision and now I have to pay refraction fee and full price for glasses. NONE of this was disclosed to me before the appointment. Upon questioning the refraction fee the front desk told me I need to go to Walmart for glasses gas lighting me and avoiding the over charges made. In the end I got a refund for the refraction fee ( with no receipt). Why no receipt? Because for each surprise medical bill they Doctor can be sued for $10,000. Never seen such rude front desk employees, no communication that my insurance wasn't going to be accepted until after the visit was done. The only reason they verbally said it was because I kept saying my insurance covers refraction fee. Front desk is rude, dismissive, dishonest. I think Dr Bailey is nice, but, with this office billing practices and rude front desk that shows all that is needed to know about the office as a whole

Before coming here, another chiropractor in town quoted me nearly $8,000 for a 12-week treatment plan--which felt excessive and impersonal. I remembered Ammosson from a few years ago when I had stopped in to ask about acupuncture. Kim was incredibly kind and helpful back then, so after my recent experience, I called her right away. She got me in immediately. Dr. Kelly is amazing. She takes her time during each appointment, always asks thoughtful questions, and--most importantly--she truly listens. That makes a huge difference.
