Here is my scenario -- which I hesitated to put here because I generally do not post reviews. Generally speaking -- the employees are pleasant but in my case, I had my house sprayed for carpenter bees. My house is cedar sided, and the product they used left white spots all over the wood. With rain, much of it dissipated, however there are several locations which do not get rain or wet at all (eaves, porch, under a bay window) so these areas remain spotted. I asked for them to come and clean off these areas -- and a month later it has yet to be done. They were kind enough to come out and look at the area -- and I was told, "I've never had anyone complain before." I ask -- how is that related to MY home? It is not. Perhaps others don't care -- or their home is filthy anyway -- me, I prefer to not have a freckled home. Plus, to add to my consternation, I painted my home in 2021. I called repeatedly, pleasantly at first, then after 3 or 4 calls I expressed my frustration. The last time I called, one of the owners got on the phone and told me in no uncertain terms "we are very busy. We do other things too. We do lawn service..." I interrupted because I am very aware of that, because they do my lawn! So, I continue to wait. One would think they would try to complete the service to the customers satisfaction - but instead they choose to focus on others. I am not unreasonable - but the more you rely on others the more aggravated one gets. Instead of simply spending 30 - 60 minutes at my home, they apparently prefer a poor review and a customer not recommending them to others. I simply don't get it.... read more

I highly recommend Cedar Tree for lawn care and pest control. We use them our home and for our office, for both lawn treatments and pest control. Our house is made of cedar, and the bees are just terrible. We have had HUGE nests inside the walls and Peter is very thorough at removing them. In the past, I've used every one of the local companies with the large TV advertising budgets, and not one of them got rid of my bees like Cedar Tree did. Our lawn(s) look great too. But the best part is the communication with Peter. I don't have to call and remind him to come.
