She didn't like trips to the vet and was always a heavy blankets and welding gloves sort of patient. Carousel's staff (and Heather in particular) were understanding, professional and comforting and showed up at our home as our cat was in decline. This cat. This old cat who we loved even though she hated EVERYONE but us.. Her organs were done. They were JUST DONE. And so she scratched...and kicked..and BIT. And the carousel folks sat with us and took all this abuse after months of trying to help boost her up only to see her drift back down... they took it and were there for us with nothing but empathy as we finally said goodbye...in our home...and not in a clinic. The times when you have to witness the worst are chances to show the best and they shone.

I believe she didn't bother learning Arwen's gender because Arwen meant absolutely nothing to her. In Dr Heather's eyes my cat was just a THING to be deposed of. She breezed into the room and made it clear she didn't care one iota about Arwen. For some reason she saw fit to ask us a bunch of sentimental questions about Arwen even though she made it clear through her actions that she didn't care. I am so sorry I ever took my cat to Country Animal Hospital. She deserved better. If Dr Heather would care to explain herself I am pretty easy to contact. She might be defensive but everything that I put in the review actually happened.

She took such excellent care of my little girl, but unfortunately she was too far along in the illness, and after a few weeks she died. The front office staff was friendly, upbeat, kind, understanding, and wonderful, just like Dr. Mann throughout the entire experience.

They were very nice enough in the beginning to have us do installment pay (me and my partner were a little tight on money at the time) and ever since then they've gained our trust fully! 100% will always go to this vet hospital and my cat approves them.

While the groom itself looked fine, my dog was cut near his private area and this was not disclosed to me. My dog is very reactive -- there is no way this injury went unnoticed. The groomers requested I bring him in so the vet can take a look at th grooming injury and for me to be eligible for a refund. He was prescribed both a topical and oral antibiotic that he needs to be on for 2 weeks. This was presented as them "making it right," even though the visit was necessary solely due to their mistake. When I requested my refund, I was initially offered only $20 on a $140 grooming bill. After insisting, they agreed to a full refund -- and then immediately removed me as a client, meaning I now must also find a new vet as well. There was no empathy, accountability, or concern shown for my dog's wellbeing. Since the incident, my dog has been uncomfortable, wearing a cone, refusing to use the bathroom, and barely eating. I've had to rearrange my schedule and miss work to care for him. Mistakes happen. But how a business responds to them matters -- and this response was unacceptable.

Each time they were confused by what I asked to have done, saying that it was booked incorrectly, by the previous employee, obviously not knowing what each employee was doing. My husband took our German Shepherd girl in, they spent 10 minutes on her, didn't do half of the items that I asked to be done, charged 55 bucks, and refused a full refund. Instead, they created their own package, slapped a price on it, and did what they wanted to do. Not what the customer asked & paid for. We made an appointment, got an email, got a text message, and they made him wait as a walk-in, instead I'm giving him the appointment he had made. I called to speak to the assistant manager, she was dismissive, argumentative and rude. Our dog was traumatized. Her stomach was shaved bald, yet they didn't bother to rake out her fur, only spending 15 minutes for a list of grooming items needing to be done. She had a wonderful groomer, before we moved, and has never behaved this way. She was scared when she came out of that room. Reber Ranch is not what it used to be. They are unprofessional, disorganized, argumentative, and dismissive. With the behavior of my dog, I am considering calling the authorities, for this facility.
