One of the worst experiences that I've had since living there was last year they needed to do some maintenance in the parking garage. So what did they force ALL of their tenants in towers 1 and 2, to do? They forced everyone to pay for their own parking, off site, for a whole month. That's right, they made ALL of the tenants who lived there, to not only pay for their own parking for a whole month, they also made everyone park off site, and make their own arrangements to do so. We've had water floods from the above unit three times. I want to give more information, but my blood is boiling over just thinking about this situation all over again. We had a balcony as well, and the units above would constantly toss their trash, food, and cigarette butts onto our balcony. Management wouldn't really do anything about it. Most of the concierge there are friendly, in fact very much so. But one or two of them have been very nasty. One of the very nasty ones, thankfully no longer works there. At any rate, I'm through with this place. Wife and I wanted to buy a unit there, but no way in hell we'd ever even consider it again. Stay away.....far away. -j

The condominium has two parking Garages: Retail Parking: WA Square validate parking only up to four hours for your guests. Guests who come to your place and stay more than four hours, have to pay parking at an hourly rate or find street parking. WA Square did have overnight parking passes (although limited in amount), however the management decided to stop that program starting from January 2013. WA square overlooked parking situation for your guests (as opposed to what is stated on their official website) and they aggravated the guests parking situation by their decision to discontinue the overnight parking passes program. Garage with limited spots where guests can stay only for four hours: Guests who stay there more than four hours will have their car towed. They will not get a ticket, nor a warning, but something along the lines of 500 $ bill of towing charges. That actually happened to one of my guests.

We moved from another state and we needed a place to stay while we looked to buy our first home. We…read morewere sold on this place because we have 3 small dogs and A LOT of places will NOT accept our bundle of dogs. Also, all utilities included!? YES! Cable, Lights, Gas, Sewer, Trash and Water! GREAT DEAL! So we were paying $1300 for a small hotel room. Since we know this was going to be temporary it was good that they had short term leases. 9 months lease would get you a free month to use anytime you wanted. The kitchen has a dishwasher, two electric burners and microwave. No oven. We had to purchase an air fryer and keep it on the counter so we could bake and fry food. You get a small hotel closet so don't bring a lot of clothes. All we could fit in the room was our queen size bed. No tub, just a shower and a small shelf over the toilet for toiletries. There is a TV installed as well so you don't have to bring your own. The fridge is very small as well so you can't really stock up on a lot of food and items. The laundry room could get quite expensive. $2.25 a wash and $1.75 a dryer. There is only 4 washers and 4 dryers. I usually end up spending $40 a month on laundry between me and my husband. PEOPLE WILL MOVE AND TOUCH YOUR LAUNDRY! There was a time where 3 washers were open and they took my clothes out of the front facing washer and threw them into a empty washer! Why!? There is 3 other washers open! If there is no dryers available, what do I do with wet clothes!? Leave them on a table in there and wet everything? Inconsiderate people.. I even caught the lady doing it because I watched her do it to someone else's clothes. You have some people in the building that are cool, like some neighbors around us.. I also notice they have NO thief problem. I never heard or saw anyones packages get stolen or taken. They have a fitness room, game room, theater room, and computer room. We didn't use them. We rather Catalina Community had a dog playground area so we could let our dogs run because the parks are 7 to 10 minutes away. Be aware, you have some dog parents that don't clean up after their dogs so you might have some poop to watch out for in the grass. Also be careful of wildlife, we heard coyotes howling behind the fence in the woods. Other than that, if you just need a quick place to stay it aint so bad. It should be just a temporary stay but some people here have stayed here for years! I don't know how they do it. I need much more space!! Lol
