This farm is very well organized, with overall good signage. The people that work there are lovely and helpful. (Thank you!) They have a very nice building that houses nice washrooms, a lunch counter (think hamburgers, chilli, hot chocolate and the like) as well as a gift store type area with a fire place and seating where you can just sit and warm up. We found many nice trees - and found our perfect tree quickly. They do supply saws - but we always try to bring our own as ours tends to be sharper than the shared saws at a cut-your-own operation, so I can't comment on their saws. Remember to bring rope to tie your tree to your vehicle. (I assume they have some, but best to come prepared.) Tractor pulled wagon rides get you out to the fields, where a fireplace and benches are available for you to use while you wait for the return right. Lovely property. Would I return: Yes. It is like the movie White Christmas, but real. Thomas Tree Farm is where you go to cut down your very own familly Christmas tree. But, it is much more. You also get a hayride or a sleigh ride, hot chocolate, and homemade cookies. The prices are in the $40 to 50 range, but you get all the other stuff above free and on top of all that they clean off your tree for you and tie it up for transport. It is only open in December of each year, but it is worth the wait. Toss your artifical tree and take the family back in time to Thomas Tree Farm. This is a beautiful family tradition waiting to happen.
