Our mom passed away at Harbor Hospice early this morning. The team was amazing from the minute we…read moreentered the facility. It's a beautiful place, just so peaceful and they asked so many questions to make sure they understood what would make our mom comfortable. Kate called us at 3:00 am to tell us mom was declining rapidly, so we went over there immediately. We found Kate sitting next to our mom talking to her, making sure someone was with her until we got there. It was beautiful. I can't say enough wonderful things.

They had all the answers to everyone's questions and they were very patient. I had to call them at 4am. Jeff, on call RN was wonderful. He told us everything he was doing and handled all the post mortem care. He gave us time to share what was important to us and followed through with our wishes.
