Alpha was an agency that I heard so many good things about in regards to new parent classes, support groups and counseling. When I arrived the team was welcoming and so helpful. My husband joined me for every class. At the end we left with tools and resources to help us on this new journey. Apart from the material support we received we gained new connections. The facility overall was easy to access, welcoming and clean. The staff made us feel safe, and treated us so well. Parking is located by the building and it's close to the downtown area. They are active on social media and have expanded their services!

I had…read moreso much tearing, scaring, and pain. 7 months postpartum came quickly and I was still having intense pain with sex and tampons. after months of pelvic floor therapy and no progress,I decided to give this place a shot and I saw Dr. Dalm. He gave me a brief exam and knew i needed surgery. We got it scheduled and two weeks later it was done. He did perineal plasty, scar revision, and muscle tuck. I'm only a week post op so I will edit and add with how things feel when I'm healed. I am super grateful for Dr. Dalm taking my pain seriously and offering solutions.

After a thorough assessment, she made weekly focuses on my areas of need but we worked thru each one, slowly and carefully making sure I was progressing and understanding self care. I am able to say I am walking away with a wealth of knowledge about my body and I know she gave me "toolkit" of moves to help me strengthen and recover my body from here on out. It's unfortunate new moms arent referred immediately to pelvic floor PT but I was so glad I took the steps to get to GR OBGYN. From the front desk to consistent support from Lily, the staff provides a safe, comforting and welcoming space for women. Not to mention the emotional support from Dr. Dawson, she was the person I didn't realize I needed - I'm forever grateful for our sessions. I can't say enough good things about this practice and if you are searching for some pelvic floor PT or have questions about it; this place is a gem and made a difference in my life.
