At the same time they are also honest and to the point. Whenever I come in I start my treatment with ice and hot packs in the necessary placements. I feel this makes the adjustment less painful than other places I have gone and I usually leave feeling so much better than when I came. This is the only chiropractic office I've been to where I actually feel a steady improvement. I've even been able to reduce how often I have to go in. I highly recommend giving this a try if you suffer from any kind of physical pain or emotional stress. I notice when I see him that I am able to lose weight easier. He took some x-rays, did an exam, asked me some questions, the usual routine. He really wanted to crack, er, I mean "adjust" my neck but I was not going to let him do that. I've seen too many movies where the good guy kills the bad guy by breaking his neck. No way was that happening to me! So, instead, he pulled out this little tool and used it to gently move my vertebrae. I've since moved on to allowing chiropractors to "adjust" my neck. I have no idea what the tool was that Dr. Walt used, but it helped a lot. I could move my head again!
