I do a lot of activity in regards to military training and working out so my body tends to get beaten on a daily basis. I'm use to getting muscle knots in my back that can be rubbed out by girlfriend but I got one in particular that was causing me all sorts of pain. After a little bit of research I decided on Massage Central. I was originally planning on going to a local chiropractor but I decided on Massage Central after finding out that the owner and a few employees had previous experience at the same chiropractor I was looking at. I only need a 30 minute session focus on the knot on my back. Rebecca (the owner) was my chosen masseuse. The room was dim and comfortable with music playing in the background. The table was almost like a bed using warming pads under you and sheets to cover you. The whole process from beginning to end was a breeze. The actual massage itself was a deep tissue to break apart the knot. I'm not going to lie, it hurt a little during the process but within a day or two my back was normal again. Just a little sore. The prices at about $1 and minute with discounted prices the longer you go. 30 minutes cost me $30 but if I went back in two weeks it would only be $20. I'm not one to get massages all the time but I didn't think the price was steep at all and it was definitely worth it to relieve me of the pain I was having. The chiropractor wanted $60 for the first visit and wouldn't be able to see me for 2 days after in-processing. read more

Perfectly fine little massage place with reasonable prices. I wish they had more expansive "spa" treatments. The facial options are limited, as in just one, as an add on. I'm used to more specific facial treatments for acne, wrinkles, age spots, etc. I also find it incredibly odd that add on facials don't add on time to the treatment. You pay for an hour long massage, then pay extra for a facial but don't get a full hour long massage since it's cut short to do the facial. This is the only "spa" I've ever been to that set it up that way. read more

After waiting over a year ( pandemic ) to have a long deserved, much needed massage, my husband booked a couples massage for us on Saturday the 13th, for a Valentine's gift. It was awful. His was worse than mine. The girl he had barely rubbed him, didn't work on any of the issues he told her about and basically just went through the motions for an hour. He told her she could increase the pressure, but she did not. He told me afterwards if it would have been just him, he would have walked out. But he didn't want to spoil it for me, so he stayed. Mine wasn't the best, but not as bad as his. But still a HUGE disappointment. We feel like we paid $100+ for a moisturizing session. Definitely didn't feel like we had a massage. Had tried them previously a few times in the past and had okay experiences, but this time was the last straw. We can't be regulars since we live an hour away, and obviously that's who they cater to. I've had massages at several different places in the area, and Rebecca is HANDS DOWN the best! I've been going here for a few months now and always have my appointment on time and for the full hour (which surprisingly not every place does this). I also highly recommend their facials . Mine included lots of antioxidant goodness and an awesome face mask that gets all that nasty gunk out of your pores.. They are super relaxing and my face felt soooo soft for about a week after! All of the staff here seem very friendly, professional and accommodating, and I'm always offered something to drink when I first walk in. Will definitely recommend this to anyone :) read more

I've been here twice for a massage, once with Rebecca and once with Tony. The actual massages were amazing, and I will definitely be returning. However, I will request a room toward the back. I was in the room right next to the lobby and the receptionists were quite loud... Especially for a quiet area! It made it very difficult to fully meditate and relax because I could hear phone calls, cell phone rings, laughing, and at one point it sounded like there were at least 10 people in the lobby because it was so noisy! Great place, but request a room in the back. read more

Every therapist has shown personal concern for what I needed as an individual, though, so I would recommend trying any one of them! I had a reiki appointment with Carol and I feel like a completely different person! I went in after a couple VERY stressful weeks, and just felt like I needed a little self care to get myself back to normal. I did a 60 minute session, and it was so amazing how relaxed and light I felt after it was over. I had an hour massage with Rachel yesterday and it was terrific. I have also had massage with other therapist and they have been great. I am a letter carrier and have been walking on ice and snow for months now. I needed something to get the knots out of my body and make me feel better and the massage did it and made me feel 100% better! The prices are very reasonable and the more often you book an appointment the less expensive it is. I have had massage at other places in town ie the casino, private, small business, they are better at massage central. Large reception area, quiet rooms, relaxing atmosphere. read more

I have been getting massages from Rebecca for over 4 years. She is the best massage therapist ever. Now that Rebecca has opened Massage Central I absolutely love her new shop. Massage Central is clean, nicely decorated, all staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice and I always get massages targeted to my needs on that appointment. I have never been anything put completely satisfied with my massages. I have not been to any of the other massage therapists there but I wouldn't hesitate to have a massage by any of them.
