She used the bathroom which had no TP or paper towels so needed to use seat cover as TP. Then, in order to check out we were asked to walked through the zig zag line through the stuff when there wasn't a single customer in line. My mom was beat by the time she did this and then expected to walk to the car that's parked so far away. Will not return!
