First, a serious safety oversight occurred: one of the cleaners accidentally turned on my stove dial while wiping it down and left it on. They were overly pushy about locking in consistent cleaning schedules and flatly refused to give me $20 in change during payment. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven).
