Haircut was amazing but way way overcharged, price gouging! The wall said 59 for haircut which I thought was steep, 100 for signature cut. I had simple layers and at the register was charged 125.00! For just a haircut. Never in my wildest dreams did I assume a haircut would be $125. When I asked why it was so much she said it was a signature cut. If you it look up online, that basically means that they matched your haircut to your face and did a custom plan which that did not happen. I showed a picture and got the haircut. It was a basic layered cut. She also said that the reason for the cost it's because she lives an hour away in yelm and she wouldn't drive all the way over here for just a basic haircut charge it wouldn't be worth her time. I never asked her to. I asked if they had an appointment available when I called and she said they did. I don't get paid for my gas and travel time when I go to work. Besides that there was a lady in front of me that she was doing her hair as well. The lady was at the register and charged 200 something. I have no idea what she got but she seemed to be unprepared to pay as well and left home to go get her cards. She had 180 in cash on her so I assume she was stuck with a big bill at the register suddenly as well. I will not go back here because it's very clear that they gouge you. They were very nice. The haircut was amazing but once you hit the register, it's a whole different ball game. I would make sure you ask ahead of time what the cost is gonna be and if it sounds squiggly, I would just go somewhere else. read more

I hadn't had my hair done in 3 years, so I needed a lot of work. Naam took the time to listen to what I wanted. Then she explained exactly what it was she was going to and even broke down the cost per item so I wouldn't be surprised at the end. I needed a cut and decided to do a bayalage. Only issue was, I had some blue and green left over from a home dye job done months before. Naam was able to remove most of the blue/green from my hair and successfully do the bayalage. And oh my God did she do an amazing job! I look fantastic and have the boost of confidence I was looking for! Naam suggested a scalp detox treatment since I complained of seasonal dandruff. I'm extremely satisfied with my hair and Adriana and the owner. They are so extremely friendly and very welcoming. I got there about 8 min early for my appointment and they started on me right away. I showed Adriana the picture of what I wanted done (I knew it probably wouldn't be exactly like the picture but I wanted something similar), and Adriana worked her magic. She truly took her time to do my hair and make sure I was completely satisfied with it. She chit chatted with me while she washed my hair and did my hair which made me feel welcomed too. She also recommended me this awesome shampoo to help bring back the thickness to my hair since my left side is thinning due to alopecia. I knew my left side was WAY shorter than my right side and all I asked was for her to blend my hair together because I just did not feel comfortable in my skin anymore and she did not disappoint. When I left that salon, I left glowing and so so happy. I completely recommend this salon 100%. Everyone is following COVID rules which I love and appreciate, and they're very diligent on keeping your face mask on which is another awesome plus. I got my hair done my Adriana, and she is top notch! I asked for highlights, and brought in a picture (I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted all blonde or just highlights), so we did the 1st round and it wasn't quite as blonde as I wanted, and my hair was still fairly dark). She asked me if i wanted to go lighter, and when I told her I want it to "pop" and be much more noticeable - she dove right back in and the outcome was PERFECT!!! (and honestly she did a REALLY great job the 1st time, but it was just much too subtle for me). She listened to my concerns, and worked with me to get it just right. She provided a picture of what she wanted and walked away with an uneven cut, nearly a mens haircut and feeling terrible about how she looked. Do not go here. You're better off at super cuts. I brought in my teenage cousin who is special needs, and has some incredibly thick, coarse hair. She wanted something that was easier for her to maintain but still long. When we went in, the staff was very nice and even though I communicated with her about some details, she still made sure to explain to my cousin what she was planning and asked if that was okay. Huge deal. Because of her disability, people don't always talk to her about her, they typically just speak to me.
