Turned out to be an amazing error in our favor - we did an 80 minute couples massage and it was phenomenal. Michael and Jarina took incredible care of us and set us up for a week of relaxation and much needed rest. Place was super clean - check in was in the nail salon, but massages are on the second floor next door. Uber/Lyft from the airport and to the cruise terminal was painless. Will do again if we're back in San Juan.

Being that it is international, I did not have phone service so did not receive their call. They did not send any email confirmation or try to contact me that way. They put us in for the wrong day so we had no way of getting to the spa within the hour from our location and my mother got very sick. I explained this to the spa and they did not listen, instead just charged my credit card right away for the full payment of two massages. BEWARE!!

Ah, relaxation! Shoutout to the entire staff for showing me an amazing time on my birthday…read more I would say that the only thing this spa can improve on is updating their massage experience to provide guests with white linens as coverups and not use towels. The towel coverup wasn't appealing and it was a little tough on my skin. Aside from this, my deep tissue massage put me to sleep immediately and I woke up relaxed and happy. Shoutout to Juliana. I started my experience in the sauna, nothing fancy, just a cute space. Then I concluded my massage in the jacuzzi, small but relaxing. I was sad to hear that they ran out of champagne so I wasn't able to get my birthday drink as promised. However, they were apologetic and did their best to make sure that I was happy. I recommend them for anyone staying at the resort or simply in need of a spa experience.

The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming, even joking with my partner when he dropped me off. The reception area is lovely, with seating and a small boutique. The assistant led me through the changing area, restrooms, sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. The lockers were easy to use. I enjoyed my time using the sauna and steam room. The relaxation suite was lovely, with delicious juices and snacks. I just wish there was hydrotherapy available before the spa service (there is not a whirlpool or cold plunge). I opted for the hammam, which is an elite treatment. I'd been wanting to do this treatment, at this spa, for a few years and it was fantastic. My therapist was absolutely amazing and I felt so comfortable with her. The hammam treatment happens in a stunningly tiled room. The history of hammam is explained, which I loved. My therapist explained the treatment protocol and that put me at ease. Once the treatment started, I never wanted it to end. It was so interesting and very relaxing. I left with softest skin imaginable. The Spa at Condado Vanderbilt is wonderful. This was an early anniversary trip and they gave us a lovely surprise, even though my partner opted not to partake in a spa service (now a regret of his). The spa was so calm and relaxing and they have the best staff. I loved every second of my experience here, and not only am I planning to go return, we are planning to stay at the Vanderbilt (which we should have done this trip).

Unfortunately, our experience at Nouvelle D'Sp Boutique in the Mall of San Juan was very…read moredisappointing, especially considering the price and the expectations we had. For Christmas, I bought my wife a facial package that included several services for $275, including a glass of champagne. The intention was for her to have a relaxing, special, and truly pampering experience. That's not what happened. From the beginning, the orientation was practically nonexistent. They didn't properly explain the process or what she was supposed to do. They simply told her to go into the sauna, without any further instruction. Upon entering, she realized that the saunas weren't separated for men and women. While she was in her swimsuit, a man entered wearing only a towel. This made her feel extremely uncomfortable. The man even started talking to her, when all she wanted was to relax and meditate. Because of the discomfort, she decided to leave the sauna before 10 minutes had passed. Then she went to the showers, where she again encountered a complete lack of privacy: open and uncontrolled doors, making it possible for anyone to see her while she showered. She couldn't relax or feel safe. She had to shower in her swimsuit for safety. The facial itself was performed, but the entire experience was already compromised. At the end, upon seeing the alcoholic beverages, she asked if they were included and was told they were. However, she was never offered the glass of champagne that was specifically included in the package and was one of the reasons she purchased this combo. Overall, the service was cold and disorganized. No one guided her, no one attended to her with care or made her feel pampered. It was as if she had to figure things out on her own, instead of receiving personalized attention. For almost $300, the experience was completely unsatisfactory. It did not live up to its promises or the level of quality and privacy expected of a place like this. I would not recommend it.

You are assigned a lounge bed before the facial begins and you return after for a drink of your choice (wine, water, champagne and whiskey etc) and snack (hummus or wrap). The facial took about 1.5hrs. You are offered heated hand mittens (do it!) I felt brand new after the whole experience and would do it all over again. Oh and the place was very clean.
