As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and accommodated immediately. The waiting room was impeccable and even had a comfy chairs to sit in as I watched the news playing on the television waiting for my turn. The X-ray technician quickly noted my information and proceeded to take the images. It was kind of difficult to move my finger but he helped me place in the right direction. I didn't wait long at all and was able to see him send the records to an MD for final approval. It was right off the Palmetto Expressway in the heart of Hialeah. Since it's on the perimeter road, you will exit and loop around to access the shopping center. There's plenty of parking and they are very helpful in answering questions and accommodating patients. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional which made me comfortable in knowing I was receiving quality attention. Luckily, my finger wasn't fractured! I'd gladly recommend this medical center for all types of services and treatments. Sergio and Zoe facilitated and accommodated me with the upmost care. I'm so glad I found this place!

My beef is the twenty call's aday sometimes one after the other for various issues. If you happend to go to a visit, you will recieve a calander for your appointments, a call to see if you need transportation, a call to remind you of your appointment and the day after a call to see how it whent. Your in trouble if you have multiple appointments on the same day, because they will call you the three times I mentioned for each appointment on the SAME day! I had to change the primary number to my dad becuase they where driving me insane at work with these calls. But all in all it is great place and they do try their best at taking care of our older citizens.

Doctor Cordovi was very good and he is the only reason we are still going back there. Other than that the staff is just reading a script and not communicating in a personal basis.
