    I was in contact with this company for a month before I needed my policies setup. The day I needed…read morethe policies to take affect (which they knew the date) I didn't hear a word from them. Called office several times and could not get anyone on the phone to take payment and set policies up. By the time they called me back I went with another company. After posting my initial review I was emailed twice This is the last email: Jason Smith 10:44 AM (12 hours ago) Pamela we called you multiple times. I saw all the emails from Karla to you as well. But guess what, we are human and arent perfect. Only Jesus was. We are going to make honest unintentional mistakes. Everyone does. Are you saying you never have? So why do you feel you need to punish someone or an agency for being human? Have you no mercy for people making mistakes? Does it really make you that bitter and angry to have to hurt them for not doing anything intentionally wrong? We dont make money unless we write policies, so obviously we do whatever we can to write as many as we can. It does us no good to quote someone and not write a policy. That being said, if we dropped the ball then thats on us and we lose a customer,it's ok, we can't write everyone and we will drop the ball from time to time. Losing them is on us. Thats no reason to punish someone or leave a bad review to hurt their business. What if it were your business and you had an employee make an honest mistake and the client bashed your business on the internet? How would you feel. If it makes you feel better at night to do that then leave the review as it is. I forgive you regardless of what you decide to do. Im glad you found a better rate also. Things work out, no reason to be bitter and hurt people more over things that aren't done intentionally. I hope you find some forgiveness in your heart one day as well. Have a good weekend. "
