Electricity for our RV kept going out. There is a reason the price is so cheap. I wish I could give less than one star.

This little Rv park was a shining light in a foggy, heavy raining late night. The hour was getting…read morelate and the weather was getting worse. We stopped at a rest area just east of this location on I10 and learned we couldn't stay there for more than a short amount of time. By this time most of the big google sponsored campgrounds and rv parks were closed and their phones right to useless voicemail. Then by some miracle I spotted this one on the map and called the phone number listed. The woman was very nice and immediately reserved a spot for us. They even have a cell phone number listed in case they are away from the main phone. 20 minutes later we were on our site and all set up. The price was excellent and the site was very nice and almost perfectly level. We were happy about the full hookup and the convenience of being right off of the interstate. Simple to find and park our travel trailer and pick up truck. 45' total length. The only negative I can mention and thankfully not usually a problem for me. The close proximity to the Interstate and businesses just off the exit. We did experience quite a bit of noise. Especially from the hillbillies and their loud pick up truck exhaust and mud tires. Thankfully the air conditioner really covered up the noise and I am a deep sleeper. Not a long term stop but perfect for overnight or for a limited time. I wish there were more rv parks like this. Unfortunately so many places and towns prohibit overnight parking which is nonsense as far as safety is concerned. Especially if there isn't a place like this around. Most of the places we have stayed on this trip close at 5pm. That to me is poor business practice.

The is a great overnighter stop! Staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful and clean. Not…read moremuch in the way of amenities to speak of, and no shower house. There is a single toilet that is clean and available. Easy in and easy out. The manager was friendly and personable. (That's always a big plus!)
