Did not acknowledge or address my concerns--In fact she was gaslighting me which was wild! As soon as it got escalated, Thiago got in touch and made it right. He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things.
