The bands are good, there's not much covered charge if any, and there's a full sized stage and room to shake your groove thing if you are so inclined, or 4-tops if you're not! Yes the roof may leak and yes, barrels may collect errant rainwater inside but that's on the owner of the building not the owner of the business so don't wear your fancy shoes (you've been warned). Even though it's a hike from the city proper, I appreciate the vibes and hospitality on the bar side quite a bit. I don't find myself shopping in the retail side that much just due to their location.
