Was referred to Kirk Warner Insurance Agency by my Auto Insurance Agent…read more Somehow myself and the members in my group felt we were not getting the quality service we needed with our previous agent. We decided to reach out to Bill at Kirk Warner Insurance agency to discuss our current group plan and see what all our options were. Bill was great right from the beginning. He requested a list of all our members main information to review the best health plan and programs for our groups needs. Once he performed his research and gathered all the health prover and plan options together he reached back to us. We kindly asked for a favor from him to meet us one of our group member's house (one evening) to have a meeting and closely discuss the options. This was very helpful as some of our members had different schedules and important questions to ask. Bill was prepared with a few great options from leading health providers to compare from. Some with PPO options and some with HMO options. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the pros and cons of the leading providers, the plan options and costs associated with each. After about an hour or so of reviewing all the data and figuring our groups most important needs and interests we decided on a great health and dental plan. Bill also assisted our group with the technical side of submitting the proper employer paperwork to the health provider. He also made sure all the members of our group and dependents were covered in our new plan and assured us that our usual doctors were on our network. When it came time for renewing our plan before our yearly expiration, Bill would always arrange a session over the phone to navigate the best plan within our current provider. Having a knowledgeable expert like Bill is very important as there are so many plans, coverages and details in each policy. If you and your loved ones or group members are in search of an honest, reputable health insurance agent to assist in navigating the best insurance plan then look no further from Kirk Warner Insurance in Glendora, Ca. I promise you will not regret it.

I was really struggling to secure renters insurance for my new place because of the LA wild fires,…read moreand Route 66 managed to find me an insurer for $260, but the cost was incredibly disappointing. I assumed that's just what the insurer was charging based on actuaries, Then I got the contract, they charged me $110 for the actual insurance policy and then slapped on an agency fee of $150. That's just too steep, especially after I called around and found out how much others were charging. It feels like blatant price gouging, taking advantage of the current crisis situation. It's frustrating to see such excessive fees when you're already dealing with the stress of finding a safe place to live during these wildfires.

It has taken me some time to write this. My family has been with this agency for over 25 years. My…read morefather had an accident (he was 96 years old at the time) a company truck rear ended him really badly. My dad received nothing more than what he was entitled too. He could have gone for the gold. Two homes insured with them over 25 years. Never a claim. 5 cars insured also. I had a expired tag ticket and it cost me a lot of money for 3 years. I then had my car and aunts car on same policy. We missed ONE payment and they dropped us and said they couldn't insure us. After 25 plus years?? After my aunt passed away I asked to have the policy in my name as I inherited the house and had all correct documentation. I was once again met with they would be unable to receive the policy. Same baloney story. All the claims made due to fires etc. what does that have to do with me. Never missed a payment in 25 plus years. So they were kind enough to find me a policy with bamboo insurance. Guess they didn't have the same problems other California companies were having. So my policy goes from 1200 a year to 2200 a year. So much for loyalty and referrals to pyle insurance. I shudder at the amount of money my family has paid them and this is how they thank us.

I have been a Mercury/Pyle insurance customer for over 10 years. Mercury/Pyle recently changed…read moretheir homeowner's insurance requirements and notified me that my homeowner's insurance would be canceled unless I provided proof with permits that my electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roof have been updated recently. As my home was built in the 50s, many of these systems were updated but no permits were pulled. Mercury / Pile explained that I must pay an out-of-pocket home inspection report and the report must come back clean for my insurance to be reinstated. The frustrating part is that Mercury/Pyle sent an in-person inspector and approved my home for insurance when I started the policy a year and a half ago. I am extremely disappointed with being blindsided by this cancellation. I would have never signed on with Mercury/Pyle if I knew these changes were coming. I advise anyone possible to avoid this insurance company until their practices change.

My previous companies have never taken the time to actually explain to me the important of having adequate coverage, and what the specifics are. I learned that each office is independently owned and operated, but I honestly can't imagine a better-run office than this one. They spoke to me and explained everything to me with such attentiveness that I've never experienced anywhere else. Sure, prices are higher here but you get what you pay for. I've been involved in accidents with people carrying crap insurance (I won't list the names) but they've been a nightmare to deal with. I have full confidence that it will be a pain-free experience with Farmers Insurance. Couldn't' recommend them more!

I met with Josh to review our compliance and insurance offerings when I took over HR for my family's company of a little under 20 employees. We hadn't heard from our insurance broker in over two years, and were looking for someone who was more committed to our success. I'm happy to say that we found our guy! Josh gathered our information and noticed that our old broker had failed to provide us with certain compliance documents. Within a couple of days I had the forms on my desk, completed by Josh, free of charge. He showed me the online platform that they offer and explained how he will meet with our team on a regular basis, quarterly or annually depending on our need. Most importantly, he knew all the plans and gave suggestions on what will suit our company best, even if switching meant a lower commission. Josh exemplifies Match Play's statement that they succeed when you succeed. If you're looking for a broker who genuinely cares about you and your success, look no further.
