When applying , i realized the only way to get in there was through Staffworks, which i had never heard anything negative about. They seemed like an outstanding asset to our community, so I was excited to go through them for my Chobani application process, due to the fact of hearing how wonderful of a place ChoBani was to work for as well. So i applied and immediately got a response from the Staffworks field manager Maureen. I started ChoBani September 7th, 2021. My employment lasted until January 2022. Loved the job, planned on staying and making it a lifetime career. But first, I had to be hired on by ChoBani , from Staffworks. I was promised a hire date from ChoBani with Staffworks agreeing. This day never came. Not all, just certain management, working for ChoBani, are absolutely horrible leaders, and I found out the hard way, that the tyranny from these people will be covered up. They will treat you with verbal abuse and pretty much push you out the door, shamming you in a sense, for standing up for yourself or your human rights and then expect you to apologize for it. If your not willing to bow down to the tyranny and accept the punishment, No more hire date for you!! I would not recommend working for staffworks, nor ChoBani, especially if you care about your mental health, Because they do not. Also, to be clear, the leadership who is supposed to be representing you, works with the ChoBani leadership, assisting them in covering up their abuse.

The lady called me the following week with a job offer that I accepted. Was told that right then I needed to go to Sidney Hospital for a drug test, when I reached Sidney (20+ miles) I received a phone call telling me that the lab had closed at 15:00 hours and to go home. When I arrived at "work" I was faced with factory work and 28 stairs up and down even the restroom was downstairs. When I contacted Staff Work after 3 weeks of pain they informed me that if I don't go through the pain for another 3 days there is nothing they can do for me. This is despicable. I would not advise ANYONE to go to Staff Works for employment ventures.
