When his unemployment was closer to running out he was calling every day for a month with no call backs. Avoid this recruiter unless you like your time wasted. I should have seen the red flags from the…read morebeginning. After my first email contact with Stephanie, it took several weeks to have a phone interview with her, and different excuses were provided during that time. When we finally connected, the phone interview went well, and she set me up with an interview at a local company. She was very attentive during this period making sure I knew where the employer was and prepping me, even calling me the night before. My interview went well, and afterwards, I contacted her to let her know. She was to follow up with the company and get back to me with some feedback. At this point, it went downhill. After five days and repeated attempts to reach her, she still had not provided me with feedback from my interview. I called the employer directly, and the HR manager said that they liked me, and they would be in contact with Stephanie. I finally got ahold of Stephanie the next day, and she claimed she was on the phone and would call me back in five minutes. I never heard back. After a few weeks, I reached out to her one last time to understand why she ghosted me and didn't provide me any feedback on the position. She claims she emailed me (she didn't I check my email frequently). I asked her whatever happened with the job and she gave me her famous "Can I call you back in five minutes? I promise I'll call you back..." and that was the last I spoke to her. Completely unprofessional...

When they called to inform me, the representative from CR Fletcher read a scripted response, stating they would "do their best to pursue other opportunities." I never heard from them again. The entire experience felt impersonal and unprofessional--more like being herded through a cattle call than treated as a serious candidate.
