I talked to a polite professional lady over the phone and during the call she listened to my problem and made me feel like she was concerned and wanted to help me. We ended the call with her telling me id be hearing from them in a day or two. The next morning I was contacted by a nice gentleman that listened to my problem and offered suggestions. When we ended the call I asked if I owed him anything for his time, he told me he's not like that and I said thankyou. I feel like I can trust them to be fair and help me through this. Thankyou
