Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. The men who did the work were pleasant to work with and took great care to clean the work area before leaving each day. The cost for the additional work was exceedingly fair. We were disappointed several times between no-shows and bids with significant compromises. Luckily, we called Joe, who was comfortable doing around 60% of a fence install on hills. Joe expertly installed 300 feet of mixed chain link and vinyl fence, which alternatively blends into the background in the woods or stands proud next to the house. It looks fantastic, and we're thrilled with the result. (And so's our dog.) Give Joe a call. He'll likely be able to help on a flat yard or even something that better approximates a cliff.

We could not be any more pleased with Dover Roofing and their entire team. From Ryan, who gave us a very detailed estimate, to Savannah, to the entire removal/installation unit (10 very conscientious people) and Tyler, the big boss! Everyone was the epitome of "old school service and job dedication" and strived to see the work was done right. Also, (and very important) Dover Roofing did not find any problems that "had to be fixed" at an additional cost like so many other roofing companies do. Dover Roofing's prices are very reasonable. Banged out my roof and detached garage in one day! Think it was 9 or 10 people getting the job done! Funny, friendly staff, but work their Asses off! My roof was long over due.
