Maybe something came up again...After posting this I received at 12:14am the following text and I quote, "My lawyer will be reaching out to you tomorrow for slander we never had a written contract. His name is mr penland in ringgold georgia. I'll you you in curt very in the next 30 days." First off its court* and secondly slander is making false or damaging statement about someone. This is neither slander nor false. You however have now damaged yourself. If I do go to court I will be sure to show them our texts and my phone records. It will show you have not contacted me until now at such a later hour and with remarks to threaten me with false allegations and legal action. So now I revoke my suggestion of saying I hope someone who uses you in the future has better luck. Now I say stay far from this business and Gary as this is the type of person you are going to get. Number on the picture sure seems to match whats listed as your number on google. Comment back, wow and now you're lying. Great! I was never nasty. I told you from day 1 it wasn't for me. And my dad is already approved not qualified but approved for the construction loan. All we needed was the quote from you. I sure didn't want to repeat with the lousy company that shed paint all over my wood floors. My hubby found Ricki Vazquez and had him come out and give us a quote. He arrived quickly, gave us a great bid and we have been VERY happy with his company. They arrive on time when they say they will, something most contractors have a hard time doing. There at 8:00 AM each day with a team ready to hit the ground running. They protected all the surfaces NOT getting painted, removed all doors and mission shutters and then after refreshing, rehung same perfectly. They worked long days and got the job done, cleaning up each day upon completion. I would highly recommend this company and I will state up front, I am a demanding pain in the butt as a customer when folks are sloppy and I never was anything but happy with Ricki Vazquez Painting. They were sure to make sure everything was to the home owners liking and that things that were a possible issue were addressed before they started work.
