Took my car in to get it inspected. Got a call the next morning that 3 tires were 'the wrong size'…read moreand 'dry-rotted.' I thought that was odd since the car is driven daily, and I know the tires are the right size, so I had my mechanic fiancée give them a call to figure out what exactly the issue is. After some discussion, she agreed to new tires only if they give us back the old ones. They then said that they 'don't like you questioning our work,' and refused to do the inspection. They also refused to give us any paperwork explaining what the issues were. This is the second time I've had issues with this place, they refused to help me with a broken bolt once before. The girl that worked there said she was used to it cause her dad smoked and she just yells at them. She should be reporting them and suing them for health and employment violations!!! Also they left GREASE all over the left side of my interior. Wash your hands or use gloves!! Took pictures of it. They also handed me a ridiculous bill. I just got an inspection and they didnt mention half of the things these people were trying to charge me. Will be getting another opinion. Someone needs to call code/health department on that horrible place.
