After some discussion, she agreed to new tires only if they give us back the old ones. They then said that they 'don't like you questioning our work,' and refused to do the inspection. They also refused to give us any paperwork explaining what the issues were. This is the second time I've had issues with this place, they refused to help me with a broken bolt once before.
