If I could leave " 0 " star that's what it would be ! From walking in I wasn't greeted with " Hi , Good morning " NOTHING . . But the gentleman after me was welcomed by more than one person . . I only ordered food and was the only person at the time I waited over 5 mins for a sandwich, I wish I would have got the server name who told me it " should be coming out shortly " when she also noticed it had NEVER been put in the oven . She then went and toast the sandwich for me , the gentleman after me received not only one coffee but two while I still wait for a sandwich!! After 8 mins of waiting I finally received my sandwich no sorry for the wait apology or nothing . . read more

If you want a blended frozen frappe, CC's is the place to go. They don't use a pre made mix Starbucks. They make the espresso and blend. I also love their mochas. Treat yourself! read more

I love a latte!! I couldn't wait to give this shop another try. I arrived mid morning, so I didn't have to encounter their normal morning crowd. It was quiet and the employees were doing some cleaning prior to my arrival. Upon entering I was greeted and asked what I had a taste for. This made me smile. Of course I ordered a latte with all the bells and whistles. This restaurant is known for having premium ingredients, so of course I had to indulge. After receiving my drink, I realized I needed to grab the extra goodies that complimented the drink on my own such as the cup cozy and cup plug. The cup was on the messy side but I just chose to clean it up myself. The drink was made perfectly. This experience was definitely better than my previous one. I would have loved to give this visit 5 stars, but I just couldn't because of the presentation of the drink received. It was obviously wet and sticky from the drink being made. The barista looked and chose not to clean it up. Great Tasting Latte, but some aspects of service could have been better. read more

Cc's Coffee House - a brick wall - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Carencro, Louisiana

This is the worst place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. The coffee making equipment is unbearably loud. Additionally. The employees act like they're at a house party, laughing, joking, whooping it up. If you want a relaxed place to enjoy a cup of coffee, go somewhere else. read more

This CC's Coffee House is located over with Firehouse Subs and Fat Pat's, close to Super 1 and Walmart in Carencro. Indoor and outdoor seating, and I never have an issue with parking, though I can see how some people might have to walk depending on what time they go, since it shares a parking lot with some eateries. I personaly love love love this CC's. By far my favorite, and it doesn't get as loud or crowded as others that I've been to. Always prompt with my drink and the inside is always clean. Music is neutral, not too loud if you want to study. And the staff is incredibly friendly. They are genuine and truly seem to enjoy their job. I come relatively often now, but before, after only coming a few times, the staff had already begun to recognize me and not only remember my name, but also my drink order. The little things like that can mean so much! FYI - They also have a self-serve water dispenser! And free Wi-fi of course. I definitely recommend getting a CC's card to rack up rewards points! read more

Nothing stings worse than leaving my house, driving 50 miles and realizing I left a fully-made coffee ready to drink sitting on the kitchen counter! I'm so over Starbucks (burnt water) and most "coffee shop" crap that it was only with great reluctance that I pulled into CC's in Carencro off I-49. I never buy anything from any "coffee" shop. It was a very pleasant surprise. I had some time to kill, so went inside. The coffee was hot, not too burnt (medium roast) and less than $3 for the biggest size (tall? grande? vente? give me a break!). The staff did not look at me funny when I asked for it black and there were plenty of options when I went to sweeten it, including my favorite (honey). The shop was neat, the staff was attentive, the coffee good (for shop coffee). I was able to find a comfortable spot and work on my laptop for over an hour, no glitches no problems. I even used the restroom which was the cleanest, best-smelling bathroom I've ever been in! Amazingly clean. What more could you ask for? Recommend! read more

I don't usually feel the need to do this, but I feel you need to know what's going on at the CC's Coffee House in Carencro, LA. I've been giving this location chance after chance for 8 months, but still have not received even mediocre service. This past weekend was the icing on the cake in how I was treated and lied to. I thought this treatment may have been isolated incidents, until I read your google reviews for this location, and saw this is an epidemic within the location. As someone who is a business owner- if you don't do something about this location soon, the business will drown. Additionally, as someone who hasn't had a lot of interaction with CC's Coffee as a brand, this is my relation to how you conduct business, and it's disgusting. Every bad review directly relates to an experience I've had as well, this is something clearly the Management (which wasn't present yesterday when I was at the location????) is alright with and encouraging. https://www.google.com/search?q=cc%27s+coffee+house+carencro&rlz=1C1CHZN_enUS973US973&oq=cc%27s+coffee+house+carencro&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOTIHCAEQABiABDIQCAIQLhivARjHARiABBiOBTIHCAMQABiABDIHCAQQABiABDINCAUQABiGAxiABBiKBTINCAYQABiGAxiABBiKBTINCAcQABiGAxiABBiKBTINCAgQABiGAxiABBiKBdIBCDQxMDVqMGo3qAIAsAIA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#ip=1 read more

Live in Texas and we do not have CCs so i have to stop whenever i am in Mississippi or Louisiana. Very Disappointed in this visit. Butter rum muffin was dry and my Espresso had no coffee flavor. It looked n tasted like straight milk read more

So so so slow. Been here for 20 minutes now. Should have read the reviews before I stopped. Not stopping again.

The service is the slowest! I visit the Carencro location often because it is the only drive-thru coffee shop in the area. No matter what day or what time of day, you will sit in the line for at least 30-45 minutes. I just don't understand what the problem is. Is it the lack of staff, lack of urgency to serve the customers? I love coffee but I hate this place! read more

Waited 1 hour for coffee in drive thru. How in the world is that possible? No excuse. Will never go back.

Mediocre, lukewarm coffee on several occasions. Lattes are mostly foam. One rude employee is enough for me to stop going. His customer service is terrible. Never a thank you. read more

The barista was very rude, refused to give me a bag for my drink, or a drink, cold or refuse to give me straws simply said, take it, or leave it, and then turned her back on me when we called to complain to the manager, we were hung up on do not recommend! read more

If you go to this establishment I highly recommend asking for Carter! He's a super sweet guy and really just made my day a lot better. I love this location and, with good employees like Carter to boot, it is simply a must-have for me read more

Let me preface this to the fact that I do like CC's coffee and I do frequent them. However this particular location is the slowest CC's I have ever been to. Their lines are always long and do not move. I had 5 cars in front of me when I got here and I have been in line for 28 minutes so far and still have 2 more cars to go. If they didn't have this stupid wall locking you into the driveway I would have already left by now but they have you trapped. read more

Espresso #22 was so good, had to go back today! Since it's December 1st and time for holiday mood, Eggnog Latte time. Props to baristas who made the most perfect morning brews. Thanks y'all!!! read more

Cc's Coffee House - Eggnog Latte and #22 Espresso - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Carencro, Louisiana

For a 2 star reviewed coffee house this was great!! It looks like a new shop and like everyone they are hiring. I feel like you have to have a measure of patience with people and granted at 8am on a Thursday who does. However, the coffee was fresh and good. I new hire we watched messed up a couple of orders but was super apologetic and when those customers left he didn't talk bad about them, ( that happens a lot at restaurants or customer based companies). Anyways, I got the French toast latte which is very yummy and a nice first coffee for the morning. read more

Wonderful baristas at this location! We got our order fast and delicious. While sitting, we witnessed one of the baristas sprint out to catch a drive thru customer and return their credit card. read more

I totally agree that the wait time is incredibly horrible but also the manager there is very rude. I went to the store to pick up an order and was ignored and lies were told about me to to get me kicked out of the store. read more

Take a few minutes and post that lobby isn't open. Driving from houma to Monroe and wanted to grab a coffee and some breakfast. Was going to go in for a restroom break, but doors locked. Real easy to make adjustment on google, Yelp, etc. Everyone understands staffing shortages. No one understands the inability to communicate with your customers with today's tech. read more

Waiting almost an hour for one coffee because the car in front of me decides to order 15 custom coffees At the DRIVE THROUGH & nobody is smart enough to have this person pull up!?!? No let's just make everybody wait. And not only is it a huge order that should've been placed inside but now the person is arguing about getting the wrong drinks. Second and last time stopping here! ‍ read more

Slowest drive through coffee place. They take your order at the intercom and then ask what you ordered when you get up to the window and still get it wrong. I feel like I lose brain cells coming here. The drinks are not worth the headache. Go to another CC's. read more

I love CC's in Carencro! The coffee tastes great every single time I go! It's very fresh and has a wonderful flavor. But my favorite thing about this CC's is the muffins! This location has the best blueberry muffin you will ever eat in your life, it's pretty amazing. I have never had a negative experience at this location and absolutely how close it is to home! Always great service, the drive through line can be lengthy at times but nothing terrible. Love it! read more

This is the slowest coffee house. The team seems inexperienced and uninterested. Management should visit any of the other locations for tips on customer service and how to work more effectively as a team. read more

The people are very right on the comments, why nothing has improved in this amount of time is now what the real question is.. slowwww. Management? Workers? Training process? Hey community coffee inc... regulate please. read more

I worked at this CC's for a very short period and it was horrible. The management was terrible. Drinks were constantly messed up and customers mad. Once I finally learned to make some of the drinks (literally my last week working there) I was the only one who I trusted to make my own drinks. Some of the employees who have been there for over a year still were messing up drinks. Since quitting, I've been there a handful of times and there have been new employees each time. I'm guessing they can't keep employees. Also, my drinks have always come out wrong. My last stop there was for a Mochasippi and it was WATERY. They either used too much Mochasippi mix or no enough ice. It was horrible. I will only recommend this place is you're absolutely desperate for a coffee and don't have time to go else where. Also, this particular CC's is not part of the franchise and is not corporate. They are privately owned but recently changed owners so hopefully it will get better in the future!! read more

Sooooooo... I am sitting in CC's and I normally always bring my charger with me for my phone, but today I forgot it. I need to have my phone on due to business and in case something happens with my little boy at school, etc. You know, normal grown-up things that you need your phone for. I have a Samsung and MOST people are avid iPhone users. I thought there was no way I was going to obtain a charger for my phone. I walk up to the counter and all of the girls that work here are chit chatting in the back room as a stand there waiting. I'm being patient, as I should when the owner (I guess) walks up to asses why I haven't been seen about in a more timely manner. I tell him that I desperately need a charger for my Note 8. He smiles and takes time out of his work to walk to his vehicle to retrieve this for me when he could have just said he didn't have one. Now THAT'S customer service and why I LOVE this location!!!!!! read more

Very disappointed in service. We are regulars at CCs coffee. We went to this location. Got to the drive thru at 8:35 pm. They don't close until 9:00 so this should've gave them plenty of time to make a mochasippi. We got to window and paid and sat in car for a good 20 minutes waiting. Finally the lady brings drinks and says "oh the reason it took so long is because you all chose to get here right before we close." I'm thinking seriously we got here almost a half hour before close. That was such a rude comment for her to make. It's not professional to be saving things and shutting down a half hour before a place closes. You should be keep everything up and running until 9pm. read more
