If I could leave " 0 " star that's what it would be ! From walking in I wasn't greeted with " Hi , Good morning " NOTHING . . But the gentleman after me was welcomed by more than one person . . I only ordered food and was the only person at the time I waited over 5 mins for a sandwich, I wish I would have got the server name who told me it " should be coming out shortly " when she also noticed it had NEVER been put in the oven . I love a latte!! I couldn't wait to give this shop another try. I arrived mid morning, so I didn't have to encounter their normal morning crowd. It was quiet and the employees were doing some cleaning prior to my arrival. Upon entering I was greeted and asked what I had a taste for. This made me smile. Of course I ordered a latte with all the bells and whistles. This restaurant is known for having premium ingredients, so of course I had to indulge. After receiving my drink, I realized I needed to grab the extra goodies that complimented the drink on my own such as the cup cozy and cup plug. The cup was on the messy side but I just chose to clean it up myself. The drink was made perfectly. This experience was definitely better than my previous one. I would have loved to give this visit 5 stars, but I just couldn't because of the presentation of the drink received. It was obviously wet and sticky from the drink being made. The barista looked and chose not to clean it up. Great Tasting Latte, but some aspects of service could have been better. read more

This CC's Coffee House is located over with Firehouse Subs and Fat Pat's, close to Super 1 and Walmart in Carencro. Indoor and outdoor seating, and I never have an issue with parking, though I can see how some people might have to walk depending on what time they go, since it shares a parking lot with some eateries. I personaly love love love this CC's. By far my favorite, and it doesn't get as loud or crowded as others that I've been to. Always prompt with my drink and the inside is always clean. Music is neutral, not too loud if you want to study. And the staff is incredibly friendly. They are genuine and truly seem to enjoy their job. I come relatively often now, but before, after only coming a few times, the staff had already begun to recognize me and not only remember my name, but also my drink order. The little things like that can mean so much! FYI - They also have a self-serve water dispenser! And free Wi-fi of course. I've been giving this location chance after chance for 8 months, but still have not received even mediocre service. This past weekend was the icing on the cake in how I was treated and lied to. I thought this treatment may have been isolated incidents, until I read your google reviews for this location, and saw this is an epidemic within the location. As someone who is a business owner- if you don't do something about this location soon, the business will drown. Nothing stings worse than leaving my house, driving 50 miles and realizing I left a fully-made coffee ready to drink sitting on the kitchen counter! I'm so over Starbucks (burnt water) and most "coffee shop" crap that it was only with great reluctance that I pulled into CC's in Carencro off I-49. I never buy anything from any "coffee" shop. It was a very pleasant surprise. I had some time to kill, so went inside. The coffee was hot, not too burnt (medium roast) and less than $3 for the biggest size (tall? grande? vente? give me a break!). The staff did not look at me funny when I asked for it black and there were plenty of options when I went to sweeten it, including my favorite (honey). The shop was neat, the staff was attentive, the coffee good (for shop coffee). I was able to find a comfortable spot and work on my laptop for over an hour, no glitches no problems. The service is the slowest! I visit the Carencro location often because it is the only drive-thru coffee shop in the area. No matter what day or what time of day, you will sit in the line for at least 30-45 minutes. I just don't understand what the problem is. Let me preface this to the fact that I do like CC's coffee and I do frequent them. However this particular location is the slowest CC's I have ever been to. Their lines are always long and do not move. I had 5 cars in front of me when I got here and I have been in line for 28 minutes so far and still have 2 more cars to go. If they didn't have this stupid wall locking you into the driveway I would have already left by now but they have you trapped. read more

For a 2 star reviewed coffee house this was great!! It looks like a new shop and like everyone they are hiring. I feel like you have to have a measure of patience with people and granted at 8am on a Thursday who does. However, the coffee was fresh and good. I new hire we watched messed up a couple of orders but was super apologetic and when those customers left he didn't talk bad about them, ( that happens a lot at restaurants or customer based companies). I love CC's in Carencro! The coffee tastes great every single time I go! It's very fresh and has a wonderful flavor. But my favorite thing about this CC's is the muffins! This location has the best blueberry muffin you will ever eat in your life, it's pretty amazing. I have never had a negative experience at this location and absolutely how close it is to home! I worked at this CC's for a very short period and it was horrible. The management was terrible. Drinks were constantly messed up and customers mad. Once I finally learned to make some of the drinks (literally my last week working there) I was the only one who I trusted to make my own drinks. Some of the employees who have been there for over a year still were messing up drinks. Since quitting, I've been there a handful of times and there have been new employees each time. I'm guessing they can't keep employees. Also, my drinks have always come out wrong. My last stop there was for a Mochasippi and it was WATERY. They either used too much Mochasippi mix or no enough ice. It was horrible. I will only recommend this place is you're absolutely desperate for a coffee and don't have time to go else where. Sooooooo... I am sitting in CC's and I normally always bring my charger with me for my phone, but today I forgot it. I need to have my phone on due to business and in case something happens with my little boy at school, etc. You know, normal grown-up things that you need your phone for. I have a Samsung and MOST people are avid iPhone users. I thought there was no way I was going to obtain a charger for my phone. I walk up to the counter and all of the girls that work here are chit chatting in the back room as a stand there waiting. I'm being patient, as I should when the owner (I guess) walks up to asses why I haven't been seen about in a more timely manner. I tell him that I desperately need a charger for my Note 8. He smiles and takes time out of his work to walk to his vehicle to retrieve this for me when he could have just said he didn't have one. Very disappointed in service. We are regulars at CCs coffee. We went to this location. Got to the drive thru at 8:35 pm. They don't close until 9:00 so this should've gave them plenty of time to make a mochasippi. We got to window and paid and sat in car for a good 20 minutes waiting. Finally the lady brings drinks and says "oh the reason it took so long is because you all chose to get here right before we close." I'm thinking seriously we got here almost a half hour before close. That was such a rude comment for her to make. It's not professional to be saving things and shutting down a half hour before a place closes.
