A Lafayette local husband and wife team opened this little unassuming coffee shop in fall of 2019, right before the pandemic. Business must've been doing well, as another location was opened in nearby Broussard not long after. Sadly, both locations were kind of out of the way for me to go by to try it out and it took me a little while to get over there. My aforementioned coworker kept showing up with their cute little jet logo cup, though, so it stayed on my mind. Well guys, I've since been to the Broussard location many times and will continue to go a bit out of my way to try everything on the menu. The cold brew coffee (so far my favorite item) is smooth and delicious and the employees are very helpful and enthusiastic. Coffee that's worth being late to work for? I asked for it less sweetened, and it was honestly still too sweet, but the flavors were good. My biggest complaint is always when coffees taste like "burnt cigarette". This one didn't!
