However, she then proceeded to tell me to hang on while she picked up the phone took 8 minutes to assist a client with scheduling and answering questions. The salon was not busy but still insisted on charging me an $84 dollar late fee on top of the $104 I spent. I will never ever go to this location again!!!

But this last time I had an issue with my extensions and was honestly worried about the health of my hair. I contacted the salon. Dana, the salon owner, immediately stepped in and took care of me. Rachel did my updo for my daughter's wedding, and I can honestly say I've never received so many compliments in one day. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing for both of us. My hairstylist did not know how to properly blow dry my hair or style my bangs. We specifically requested pin curls in the notes section. Despite this, my friend left with completely straight hair and did not receive the service she asked for. Before my appointment I got a text that i could come in early and so i replied and headed to their shop. When i arrived and sat down,  Eileen decided that was the time to tell me that she's unable to do my hair because I had previously seen Courtney. Seriously. 1st of all, it is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate to let me drive all the way there and then tell me she couldn't see me. She couldn't have told me before i took the day off and drove all the way there? You had several days between my consult and appointment to decide you didn't want to see me. 2nd, a given stylist doesn't own me. I don't get this catty possessiveness. I had previously messaged Courtney and when i didn't hear back i scheduled with Eileen. Why is this a problem? I schedule with who i can, when my schedule permits.
