I had no idea until my car started losing power. When I went back, they admitted it was their mistake but refused to take real responsibility or refund me. I sat there between 2:30 and 5:00 p.m. while employees walked around my car, talking to each other but never giving me updates or acknowledging me directly. I had to track down the manager myself just to get answers. Instead of owning up to their negligence, they tried to charge me again. This location is careless, dismissive, and clearly avoids accountability. They would rather gaslight their customers than make the moment right. Photos show the oil stains in my driveway and my engine light that came on shortly after their service.

Jerry arrived promptly and wasted no time diving into the inspection. He conducted a thorough multi-point check, including a code scan and thorough test drive. His attention to detail was evident, as he scrutinized every aspect of the vehicle. What truly sets Jerry apart from other mechanics I've encountered is his honesty and transparency. He explained potential issues in clear terms and provided valuable insights into the vehicle's history and future maintenance needs. Unlike some other mechanics who might try to upsell unnecessary services, Jerry focused on the essential repairs and provided a fair assessment of the vehicle's overall condition. After the inspection, I received a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations. This report was incredibly helpful in making an informed decision about the purchase. I've had experiences with other mechanics in the past, but none have matched the level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided by Jerry at Top5Mobile Mechanical. If you're in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend giving Jerry a call. You won't be disappointed! A Happy, money secured in a solid remote investment. I will update this in a weeks time to let you know if Jerry has cleaned the garage! UPDATE Since I gotta go back and forth with you on yelp. My car was working until you touched it you did not replace my gasket properly and if you knew it was mixed why wouldn't you fix it as a mechanic! You arent making any sense. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he has not registered his business with FDACS to take payments from individuals. Update Instead of doing the honest thing and rectifying his wrongs!! It's always nerve-wracking to go to a place with such few reviews, but I decided I'd give it a go since it was so close to home anyway. I'm glad I did. It's a small shop but there was no wait so I was able to immediately pull in for my service. From pulling in to pulling out, it was only 20 minutes! They filled my tires as well. My total came to $65 for full synthetic which is similar to other places I've been to in the past. They didn't push me to get extra things done like other car places usually do. The staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. I'll definitely bring my car here again!

While waiting she was then advised that someone working on her car messed up her motor and it dropped?  Almost 2hrs later no one could fix her car. The manager didn't even come out to address the situation.  It wasn't until I showed up, honestly about 20 minutes after I got there the manager (he stated that he was the owner) came out. I said where have you been and what are you doing to fix my daughters car?  He said he called a mechanic but the man was in Miami and couldn't come until the morning (Sunday). Will never go there again. Just horrible.
