Ana's great compassion allowed me to surrender completely to my own genuine process of self-discovery and healing. Thanks to her skills and seemingly neverending kindness and patience, I have been able to heal little by little. I can now see that I required extreme care which luckily I was able to get when I entered therapy with Ana. Her approach was sometimes simple but powerful and I was able to untangle my internal chaos and I learned to live peacefully with myself. With Ana, I was able to come into my body and feel sane, pure, dignified and clean, not just through words but truly and really, from within my body. One of my greatest successes was being able to go back to swimming in a pool. Before starting therapy, I would be terrified of being in a pool and become easily dissociated due to trauma experienced there. However, after doing some neurological processing, I was able to be free of that terrible trigger. I now swim in a pool almost daily. I feel safe anywhere now! What I learned with Ana Montero, I have been able to take with me and I can now self-support and self-sooth. This is a whole sensation, a whole new life. My healing journey continues, but I am now empowered and can feel protected internally. I continue to use the knowledge and wisdom that was imparted by Ana. I recommend her completely.
