    This local shop in Palmdale is called Cycle gear. Any Needs you have for motorcycles whether it's…read moremotor or electric they will find you a solution. There are more accessories, helmets, clothing, jackets, vests, and gloves in one place than I I've ever seen before. They have enough knowledge about helmets to make sure you're most valuable asset stays where it belongs, on your shoulders. All kinds of different paint jobs special linings, and carbon fiber set ups will have you filled with joy for all the options that are available. Don't forget to ask them for their special limited releases, and their price cuts which they have from time to time. Jedidiah and Eric were an absolute joy to work with. They took good care of me and answered all of my questions, even though they knew that I would not be purchasing anything today. If I ever start riding, I will definitely come and ask for them by name and you should do the same. I can guarantee you if they don't have an answer for one of your questions they will go and find it and get back to you as soon as possible. That's just how they roll.

    I have been boycotting the AutoZome at 12th and K for almost 10 years due to poor customer service…read moreand was hoping this location would have better staffing. However, I was wrong. I stopped in today looking to get oil and filters for two different vehicles, a SUV and a motorcycle, but ended up leaving empty handed, and came close to earning myself a court case. The assistant manager there was rude, condescending and very unknowledgeable. There was a time when, and if you went into AutoZone, and the advertised special was out of stock, they would at least substitute a Fram brand of whatever, or some other house brand, and allow the customer to go on their merry way. This dude, however, wanted to act like a %#$&@, and be disrespectful. Fortunately for him, I finished my probation, completed my court ordered anger management courses, and decided to pull my debit card out of the terminal and go home before I did something that would have altered both our futures. I hereby swear, I will NEVER set foot in an AutoZone store ever again. Judging from all the 2 and 3 star averages for nearly every AutoZone in the Antelope Valley, I am not the only person who feels this way. I can't wait for them to go bankrupt like Blockbuster did when they too thought they had the market cornered and could treat their customers like crap. Then Netflix came along and demolished them. One day soon, somebody is going to create a website that can keep track of a customer's car and maintenance schedule and automatically send out tune up kits and fast shipping for one-off items, straight to their door. At which time the days of dealing with A-holes behind a counter who think they can talk to you in any kind of way will be over.

The staff were very welcoming and considerate! Joanna seeing the panic in my face assisted me immediately and she run a diagnostic on my car. She printed out the report and gave it to me. I bought the parts necessary and even recommended a mobile mechanic. In addition, she help me communicate with the mechanic that spoke limited English as my Spanish are just as limited also. Furthermore, I decided to buy an air filter for my car and she change my old filter with no hesitation! Joanna is very very knowledgeable about cars, provides exceptional customer service and is a truly beautiful human being! She made my visit to this store a memorable one and I can honestly say they gained a new loyal customer!!!! AutoZone is a good company and the employees of this store make it a great one!!!

    The staff is very friendly and have great customer service. They greet customers as they come in…read moreeven if they aren't going to be able to assist immediately. Shouts out to Caleb M, Tenisha and Christopher who have all helped in the past. This is a smaller store than the one on 10 st but unless the part isn't at this location I'll pass on going to the other store. I went I for an alternator but they didn't have the one for my truck onsite they asked if I want to wait on an order or go to another location. Of course I chose the later do immediate gratification They gave me a little receipt with what I needed and sent me on my way. I get to the other store and for11 whole mins not one person in store acknowledged me or the other man in line and there were at least 6 employees in the store. You know how I know cause they all walked past us 1-3 times each. The held a little meeting about shipping parts out just far enough back we could hear and see them but not a one bothered to say "Hey give us a second and someone will be right with you. A lady from far in back that was one of the original 6 came to assist. Yes this store has 7 employees and our line got up to four customers before anyone broke up convo to help. So I say all this to say if you can visit this store over any others in area because they see their customers!
