I feel like Sam really took the time and patience to help me. She thought she had me figured out then something in the display case caught my eye and BAM! I "zagged" when she thought I would "zig". No worries, she pivoted and began to explain the composition of the spectrum blend of Kanha Restore edibles I was now interested in. Later, I read the back of the package and - DAMN! - Sam NAILED IT! All the benefits she mentioned were listed: gut health, pain, inflammation and anxiety relief. Sam knows her strains! Very cool! Asia checked us out and made sure we maximized our "first timer" benefits, as well as letting us know about promotion days. When we looked at our receipt later, we were surprised there was a notation re:how the company name would appear on a credit charge. Didn't realize they took credit cards - sweet! Unfortunately, once the manager, Chris, became involved, the tone shifted entirely. Chris spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously.

Staff always has great suggestions and I always walk out with a good value for what I paid. The bad: parking is small and limited. Street parking is just as bad. Trying to turn in and out of lot can be tough and dangerous. The hours. They are limited compared to other shops and competitors. The 12pm opening has prevented some purchases.
