I asked if they match the price, they looked at my phone, moved my screen around and told me I had a subscribe and save price, which I did not, it was a sale price. After staff spoke to their manager they did not honor the online price so I bought it from Amazon for quite a bit less. I was trying specifically to support a local store but this store, while nice and clean and with good hours, does not honor their own websites prices? I could have purchased it online and picked up at the store so it makes no sense. They lost a long term customer and the manager couldn't be bothered to even come out of his back office room. Very sad, I even asked would you rather me order from Amazon and they had me walk out. They do not care about the customer, they must think little of us. Wishing them luck but they lost a 20 year customer because of their stupidity.
