I feel like the employees should know about their products and be confident about selling them. Normally when I ask them general questions about the products they look at me like I am trying to quiz them for a physics test or trying to trick them. But not this location. It is very obvious that they know and USE the products that they sale and are confident in informing me on what they think is the best product for my needs. Another thing I noticed when I go into GNC stores is that I feel very unsure about what I am buying, not only because of the lack of knowledge, but also because it seems like the male employees (which are the majority of their staff) don't really know what is best for female customers. They seem to get confused and start looking around like they are not sure but insist on me getting a certain item because it is the bestseller. All the staff at this location is great.
