The smoothies are awesome! We visited Planet Fitness and this was right next door. My brother and husband got strawberry bonanza and had no complaints. I ordered the featured shake of pineapple coconut and we all got add-ins. It's not pricey and the manager is nice. So I usually do not review business but I downloaded his app again just to give a review of this store. I went in last week looking for some bcaa and did not have a clue on what I was doing. The salesman was so kind and helpful. He really knew his stuff. He shares some of his favorites and one that I may like. I went home and it is amazing. After leaving the store I actually had a good feeling about myself, unlike going into most stores now where the kid behind the counter may just be on his phone or if you do get them to talk you get talked down on because you aren't an expert. Not Supplement World. It is different, you get a genuine feeling of care in there. So fast forward to this week. I get home after a long day at work not feeling the best and kind of in a down mood and I find a card from Supplement world. This isn't your average computer typed card. I opened it up and it was a hand written note from their CEO thanking me for coming in to the store and asking me how I liked the Bcaa I purchased. I was blown away by this and started sending pics of it to my friends saying who does this? I mean seriously to take time it of your day running a company to hand write a card to a customer who he does not know from Adam is very impressive in my opinion. They have won over a new loyal customer and hopefully a few more from my friends. I hope this review helps someone to get the help they need from guys who truly care. If you are tired of getting the run around at your local store now you might want to give them a shot. I know I'm glad I did read more

Store was exceptionally clean and organized when I went in and Jesse greeted me very pleasantly and was very helpful in helping me pick out a new pre workout and discussed other supplements and was just a really friendly guy! Went in after getting a text that said today was buy one get one 50% off all products in the store. However they do not mean all products in the store. I attempted to buy two protein cookies and was told that wasn't buy one get one. I was confused and pulled out my phone to show the text and the big guy across from my cashier started yelling at me saying it wasn't snacks it's talking about supplements. I said well they should probably change the wording. He yelled again saying "No they not talking about that, snacks aren't products." Again confused I said ok and left. Because any business you go to that sales items consider them as products. Snacks are a product that is sold here. Instead of getting loud when customers are confused, it would be more helpful to listen and help them understand. read more
