Terrific new shop on the UES to get your CBD products. Clean and organized. If you need help sleeping or in need to relax they offer a wide assortment of items to choose from. Plenty of edibles too. Great service and the workers there answered all my questions, offered suggestions, and explained products to me. They also have a loyalty program to sign up for. They have about eight stores so far with more coming. A bit more pricey than shops I have been to in CA and FL but blame that on high taxed NY and it's policies here. I bought lollipops and assorted chocolates which worked great. Very restful sleep. Take it from someone who actually experiences and makes purchases here. This is worth the money. CBD Kratom has opened a location on the Upper East Side in my neighborhood. I was walking by and they are having their grand opening so I went in to take a look around. There's lots of items here and I'm sure if you are knowledgeable about CBD and related health products you may find something you can use. The employees I spoke to both on the street and in the store are very very knowledgeable about the products and the company. They currently have about 50 stores mostly on the East Coast. They claim to be licensed and are not. They do not have a NY THC license, and they claim they do. I asked to purchase a THC vape. I was sold a 2g vape for about $100, which is in-line with what legal prices might be because of quality and tax. They are charging legal dispensary amounts and selling a fake product. It is not weed. I do not know what is in these vapes, but it isn't weed. I brought it back and they gave me a new one to try, which is also not good or real. It is clearly not THC, and is being sold and marketed as such. The sales associates continue to lie and gaslight me. I have asked if others have had this issue here, and they say no. However, reddit seems to indicate otherwise. I will be reporting them to the state. If they had not claimed to be legal and had a good product, I would have had no issue, as I have never had an issue with another retailer in the past. However, CBD Kratom is a complete sham. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I am contacting my bank to inform them this was a fraudulent business and product. read more

Not to long ago i wrote a review about how amazing this place was. The customer service has been poor. I purchased a gift card when they were available. I've been trying to use this gift card for months. when i call and ask for a store manager, There never in the store. someone tells me they will call me back and never do. I had been eying up the shop for a while and finally convinced my wife to join me and explore. Being from the Netherlands I felt quite comfortable going in there and pretty much had the idea I knew most, so I let the Mrs. (who is of the curious variety) do all the talking as she is completely new to this. Let me just say I was both surprised about how little I knew, as to the amount of questions one can ask about the product. Full credit to the staff here as they didn't bat an eye and answered each and every question with verve. Curious to see what this store was about, I visited last week. Aileen gave me a full tour of the store, carefully listened to what I was looking for and proceeded to give me detailed suggestions for what I might enjoy. She was great. I left with a couple lollipops and a pack of CBD gummies. I went home and immediately tried them both, a couple hours later I felt calm and relaxed!
