I don't understand the good reviews on this place. I've been here three times in the past couple of months really wanting to give them a chance because they are close to my house, but the guy is always so rude and acts like I'm bothering him. Two out the the three times I've been they were out of the most basic things so I didn't really have a choice but go somewhere else and I'm glad I did. Other places that are even busier don't seem to have any problems keeping basic CBD in stock and they find it easy to be professional. Don't see why it's hard for this place. I don't like to be treated like an inconvience when im just trying to spend money at your store. Just have the manager guy try being nice and see if that works out better for you read more

Came in tonight after our dog ate our entire couch (read that right) and consulted with the vet who recommended trying CBD oil for him. We saw great reviews and decided to try it out. Well - spoiler alert- the reviews are right. This place was great! We were greeted by Abraham the second we walked in. He went through every pet item they had, deceiving the effects, his preference and what he would recommend for us. After , we browsed through the store a bit which seemed like to they held every item you could want. The wall lined with all types of Kratom, which Abraham went into detail about. They had lollipops, bath bombs, pills, etc. Please ask for Abraham when you go. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. I would come back just to learn more from him! read more

It's not easy finding quality kratom that you can trust. But this place sells the authentic stuff -- albeit at a high cost. They tell you it's a dollar a gram to make it sound like it's cheap. But I've had better kratom sold in ounces for much much less (I.E. Garden of the Ancients in Austin). They have a decent variety and the best part is they actually talk to you about the product and are knowledgeable. My place in Austin has signs saying they won't discuss doses or questions about uses/effects. It's totally worth it. For me personally, CBD does nothing. But they're nice enough to suggest stuff. My only other issue is I worry the owner discriminates within their hiring practices. I had a couple of friends with visible tattoos and piercings and were talked down to and dismissed. All of the employees look very cookie cutter. I like to support business with diverse staffing. But who knows? Maybe there were other reasons they were overlooked. I went for the first time, and while the were helpful I bought a vape, Atmos Vital, it did not work. I called the next day and was told, "No returns". Why would I go back when this is the answer to my problem? Guess I am out my $39.95 plus tax. Heck I was a new customer, they don't seem to care. It seems like all of these reviews focus only on their CBD products, which I know nothing of. They have quite a good selection of them and I would say that it's worth a trip there just to check them out. However, this review is about their kratom. I saw an ad for them before I started using kratom and thought "Hey, a shop that sells kratom. Cool". So, I stopped by a few times and was happy with it and the quality in general - until I realized that I was probably getting ripped off. $19.95 for 30 capsules (roughly 14 grams, by the way), and almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a little over a kilo of powder? That is literal insanity! The kratom may be of good quality, but they're bending you over and giving it to you hard when it comes to pricing. Luckily I discovered the online shops Texas Herbs and Botanicals and Mystic Island. You can buy entire kilos from them for about $100 and $67(!). That means CBD Kratom is charging people up to SEVEN times what they could get it for elsewhere. DO NOT buy kratom here - it's a total ripoff. I'm not sure how they sleep at night charging those kinds of prices. read more

This place has everything you need as far as oils, bath bombs, flower, wraps, and etc. The customer service isn't too bad either depending on if they're trying to push you into a sale. My only issue with this place is that, while I get it's in Uptown, their prices are a bit on the high side. For example, I spent $150 on items that I could have just ordered from the website for less then half of that price. I don't want to discourage people from coming to this location, but I felt it was right to tell people to just go to the products direct website and order from them for a far cheaper price. The bath bombs? Go to the site, they're $5-10 cheaper there. The oils? Go to the website. They're far cheaper there. I understand they need to make a profit (probably because of the location and rent), but in case you're trying to save some money, skip this place and just go to the products website for a direct purchase through the actual manufacturer. Oh yeah, also the flower CBD? They charge $50+ tax for 7 grams, but you can go to cbdhempdirect for the SAME items, but far cheaper. HMU for a promo code!! read more

Excellent STAFF and products!!. I was just driving by and deciding to see what they have. Upon walking in we were greeted by a wonderful staff. Customer service goes a long way and these ladies are perfect examples of great service. They explained products and gave a great recommendations. It was around 3pm and I was having the mid day slump. Literally wanted to go home and nap. The lady recommended Kratom for energy, relaxation, pain relief and euphoria. WOW!!! I left grabbed a bottle of water and tried this stuff. They made me a believer. Within 5-10 minutes of taking it , I no longer felt tired. Seriously I felt like I could go run a marathon. I went home cleaned the backyard , cooked and still had the energy to keep going. This product did everything she said it would. I felt clear headed, energetic and was in a great mood. If you want a natural product that works please try Kratom , this stuff is life changing. I live 40 minutes from this place and will drive back for this stuff.
