Now that I have had a treatment, I see that it is nothing like being "stuck with a bunch of needles". I barely felt slight tugs on the skin as she began the actual treatment. There was zero blood or pain, and only one spot on the ear felt very strange. I have heard that acupuncture is deeply relaxing, and I wrongly imagined feeling groggy afterward. I felt amazingly CALM afterward. My mood was calm, light, and energetic without being excited. My mosquito bites, sinus inflammation, appetite and lower back pain were all calmed. It has been two days and I still feel a calming both physically and emotionally. I am so satisfied and impressed that I booked my husband for a consultation and treatment with Erica and will continue my own treatments.

I was promptly greeted by Steph at the front door and treated to a drink before my facial. It was a one hour facial with a scrub, red light therapy and small extraction. I thoroughly enjoyed the Eminence products and their natural floral smells from start to finish. The entire process was very relaxing and I probably booked another visit for the new year. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing facial spot. They have a variety of other higher ticket items for those who have a better understanding of facials and skin care than I do :-)

I got the Detox & Glow facial, which is customized to your skin needs and recommended as a good place to start. It's 75 minutes long and as relaxing as it is effective. From the heated bed and dark room, to the tingling exfoliation treatment, relaxing LED lights and more, it was a great experience. I especially liked the dermaplane treatment (gets all hairs and dead skin cells off your face with no down time) and LED red light, which I had on my face for 15 minutes. Fun fact: NASA uses LED red light to grow plants in outer space, so imagine how well that helps stimulate collagen on your face! This is a popular spot, so be prepared to book months in advance. They sell and use the Eminence organic skincare line, which is gentle and seems to have pure ingredients. I was given some samples for the road, as well as a hot tea, which was so sweet. Enjoy!

I've only frequented the Broad Ripple location so I can't speak for others, but I'm always impressed with the knowledge and up front nature of the folks working there. They are quick to tell me about a product I'm asking about with their own personal opinions as well - if something better has worked for them or they've received customer feedback on a product, it was shared with me. They seem to really get that some products, whether that's different types of proteins for example, work differently with each person individually. Pricing is competitive, and they often have specials going on for different products. You can also find some harder to find items - my go-to's are the Legendary Foods line (pecan pie almond bitter ftw) and also Flavor God seasonings. They have a rewards program that offers something like 2% back on your purchase - for those that spend a lot on supps that can definitely add up.
