Really was only reason I left my mom's accounts as is last couple years. Today had a legitimate bad experience. I had moved most of my mom's money out of her money market account except for $79. In order not to incur low balance charges I was told to go home and go online to move it. I then found out I could not close the account from home, necessitating another trip to close the account. The bank rep Nivedita could have processed it all for me while I was in the branch office but guess she didn't want to he bothered to spend the time to process it...wanted me to do the work for her online. In any case now I need to make two trips to the branch. I will not be managing my mothers remaining checking accounts from this branch. I am also considering moving her checking accounts to another bank as well.
