The carpets were clean when he left, and he was polite and on time The reservation process with TQC was a challenge TQC has no real ability to book a reservation successfully. I booked in December 2011, and they did not come - seems there was a mix up that may have been my error, but they made no effort to contact me. I rescheduled for January. To be sure they would come I called Tuesday, before my Friday appointment. On no, I was told, you do not have an appointment this Friday, but I can schedule one next Friday. I was considering requesting a refund for my coupon. On first Friday, before I requested a refund, I was called by the technician to confirm I was available. I shared with him my frustrations, and that I was considering a refund. He sounded honest, and offered to make things right. I said yes - sure come. Then I was called by the reservation person and reminded there was an appointment this afternoon, I shared my frustration and that the current appointment was next week. She didn't want to hear it. Well, later that afternoon the Technician, Robert, came. He explained to me the pricing, and assured me that for the coupon, he would clean 5 rooms. I was interested in adding my sofa, love seat. He offered me a good deal to include my step, and some area rugs, and he was generous 'counting my rooms' suggesting one power room was too small to count as a room. He did an excellent job. He explained to me that the carpet cleaning was included in the coupon, but that scrubbing the floors was an extra charge. He did not suggest the scrubbing for me. His water based solution cleaned my carpeting, and he did my family room twice 'to get it clean'. I am very pleased with Robert (in NJ), but found the experience to get him to my house (reservations) to be painful. I was not burned by this company! But I will think twice before I call them again.
