It's right on the highway so it was easy to pull in and park, and get back on the road again. The prices are fair and they have an abundance of whatever is in stock. Recently, I've noticed that they put ice on some of their produce. I suppose that helps keep it fresh longer. One improvement I'd like to see is fewer gnats and removing produce that's obviously over ripe. Checking out is relatively quick. I like going early, before the crowd.

Flowers, plants and other nursery items are sold at great prices outside the front entrance. CONS: I've had terrible luck with the fruit here. Pithy nectarines, hard plums, dry oranges, and forever-green bananas. They specialize in large melons. Roll the dice and pray you get a good one. Watch out for the nasty onions, rancid radishes, and squishy eggplants. Ambience is pure East side, open stalls overflowing with product, kinda tight, ramshackle and clunky but full of character. Very diverse crowd and staff. Service has always been efficient. They give senior discounts on certain days of the week.
